Very quick and efficient check in. Convenient to attractions. Walking distance of old mystick village and aquarium. Restaurants on site and nearby (walking). Blow dryer was dinky and bathroom could use update but it was clean.

Convenient, located across from aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. Near Mystic Diner, McDonalds and other conveniences. Nice restaurant and indoor pool. Would absolutely stay again!!

We stayed in the hotel over the Easter weekend to attend their Easter brunch buffet. However, we experienced an issue and received extremely poor customer service from front desk staff Morgan B. On the Easter Sunday morning, we packed our car early and went to the aquarium. We left our food in the fridge in our room for one of my kids who has severe allergies to egg/peanut with my cooler packs and a bag by the fridge. We were planning to go back to the room to retrieve my kid’s specialty food, then check-out before 11am, then go to the brunch. At 10:50 when I went back to my room (we never checked out in the morning), the cleaning staff already cleaned the room and threw away all food including my ice packs and bag too. When I raised the problem to the front desk, I didn’t not get any apologies but instead, Morgan gaslighted me and said it’s our fault not to have a “don’t disturb sign” up on the door before we left this morning. I was also told it’s not common practice for the cleaning staff to confirm with front desk which room’s guest have officially checked out before they start cleaning. Their cleaning staff starts at 9ish and if they knock on the door and nobody answers or the room looks empty without other belongings, they’d assume guests are gone and will clean it. There’s clear communication gaps between management and housekeeping staff of when to clean AFTER they know for sure the guests are gone. They can’t just make assumptions and throw away ppl’ stuff, before 11

I loved everything about your property with the exception that the kids in other rooms were very loud. I know that is not the hotels fault but just an observation

Clean and surprisingly modern, for a change the real thing looks better than the photos. We were in the room with 2 beds and there are ample of space. The toilet is a bit small but I don’t plan to stay in the toilet anyways 🙄 Pool is average size and the water is on the colder side. We were there during Easter so it’s expectedly a tad crowded even at 9pm and 8am. There is a fireplace indoors. There are no shortage of lounging area in the lobby. Didn’t get to the bar or the restaurant but am sure they won’t disappoint. We booked here because it’s right across the road from the aquarium which is just a short walk away after crossing the road. Check in was smooth and I did it in the app. However I still needed to report to the front counter to show my ID and a credit card for incidentals. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back if we are around the area 👍

CC at the front desk was lovely and attentive. Room was nice and they were able to check us in early. However, pool area was closed for one day of our stay which was disappointing since we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. Apparently they also had a water issue and had to turn off the water. Sink and shower ran brown water for a while.

Overall, the Mystic Hilton is a nice property. The exercise room was adequate and the hallways were quiet. On our only full day, we did not receive room cleaning service. We were told that the staff was overwhelmed, so a staff member brought up towels and other needed supplies around 8pm. Some of the apparatuses around the shower/jacuzzi area are in need of minor repair. The Irons restaurant had a good variety of food and attentive service. When I asked for the temperature to be lowered in the exercise room, it was done right away, which was appreciated.

Great location however there was moldy food and trash under the bed. I was told the housekeeping staff would come to clean it but it never got cleaned. The pool was also green with clumps of hair floating around in it. You could not see your feet the water was so gross. We ended up leaving and going to another nearby hotel
