One night stay for us. Check in after 4pm and housekeeping woke us twice in the morning before 9am wanting to clean our room. Disappointing.

The hotel isn't bright and shiny new but it was in good condition with small things that may bother someone such as the A/C / heat not shutting off. There was no refrigerator in the room so had to pay an extra $20/nite for a small one to be brought in. It was clean but could have used a good "spring cleaning" if I'm making sense with that. Location is good....aquarium is directly across the street. Outlet shopping directly across the other street. When we left heading south we found a town named Clinton with a seafood restaurant (casual) with the best, freshest seafood we've had in a long time, skip the NE Clam Chowder however. I believe it was named the Fish House or something similar. All in all, the Hilton is ok, not too fancy but then you'll, want to be up and about anyway. The indoor pool was a great plus in the cold weather too!

We have stayed at the Mystic Hilton at least 4 times, it is always excellent. The room immaculate and bed awesome. A nice managers welcome wine party on Sat afternoon. The pool is awesome and when we bring our kids a big hit. We will be back for Memorial Day weekend. A mini fridge would be a nice touch :)

Room was beautiful and all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful, particularly the shuttle service, which went anywhere in the area for free. I'm extremely satisfied

The hotel was very nice. The staff were wonderful. It was very clean and the bed was heavenly. BUT...our room was next to the laundry services. When the washers came on at 7 or 8 in the morning...on my first day to sleep in...in what felt like forever...I was not happy :( It sounded like a construction zone. And I could hear every hotel door SLAM from inside my room. The in-room breakfast was a little pricy...but VERY recommended. Since I was already awake...breakfast in bed was so nice...well presented and I felt like a queen :) Great place to stay...but don't let them put you next to the laundry room lol.

Had business in Mystic, the rate was low so I took advantage of it. Turns out this is a very big, clean Hotel with a very helpful staff. The pool was really nice and the fitness center was perfect.

Disappointing

We were displeased with many things at the Mystic Hilton. First of all there were no towels in the pool and we asked several times for more to be brought. Towels were never brought and we had to go to our rooms to get bath towels because our children were freezing. Secondly, the hallways were cold. Next, there was a broken dish on the 3rd floor for hours and not cleaned up. Lastly, the bartender in the hotel bar was unprofessional and when we asked to speak to her manager, RJ was even more rude to us. Mystic is full of hotels and Inns. We will choose a different hotel for our next trip to Mystic.
