Pros: Location location location ! Room was quiet and clean , good service !
Everything was fine but they were being renovated and landscaping was also an inconvenience.

The room was very nice. We would stay there again. They are still updating the entire hotel, but it will look extremely nice once they finished.

Not what have previously experienced from Hilton

Pros: Rooms were clean.
Cons: I can't believe that we were billed and paid for our rooms in advance and when we arrived no king beds were avail. Never would have booked if I knew.
Reserved and paid for room with king bed- none avail. no fan in bathrm-ac did not work- drapes hanging off rods- no chair in room- windows filthy. Under construction.

Close to two major attractions /But..

Pros: Central location. ease of access to the highway and attractions.
Cons: For some reason, could not get comfortable on the mattress. Thought the breakfast buffet was overpriced. (other hotels had a free continental)
Location: Two major attractions near by. Some good to very good but small restaurants in Mystic. Good steakhouse nearby.
Went for an anniversary getaway. Staff was helpful but we spent most of our time outside the hotel. Probably will not return.

Good Locations

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: it needs upgrading. at the very least, clean the tile.
Location: Foxwoods Casino,, very very close to the aquarium.
We checked in at 3pm, took a shower and headed to the casino. Upon coming back at 130am, our heating/cooling unit was making a loud sound. due to the time of night and exhaustion of our day, we didn't address this with management because of the late hour. The room was also dirty. the tile was dated and really needed the grout cleaned. my husband and I would not walk around without our flip flops on. the carpet felt dirty. the comforter had several dark spots. Just overall disappointed with the hotel.

Nice room

Location: Mystic Seaport
Nice room, however, bathroom had no exhaust fan and small. Shuttle service was nice addition. We could hear people running across floor above us until early morning hours. A wedding was taking place and people were very loud in the hallways.

Fun indoor pool across from mystic aquarium

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 5:00 pm and our 3 rooms were not ready.
