This hotel was not friendly at all won't stay at a Hilton again the room was not clean at all.

Too large except maybe for conventions

Pros: Bathroom was clean.
Cons: Condition of room carpet, corridor walls...
Location: Mystic Seaport
Needs refurbishing. Shows wear on walls and in corridors leading to rooms. Hotel didn't seem any where near full but we had long walk down one corridor, then another long walk followed by another to room. Images of The Shining with Jack Nicholson around next corner. Carpet in bedroom stained.

Nice Hotel But No Free Continental Breakfast

Pros: The location
Cons: Have Free Continental Breakfast. Check room if empty near check out time (11 am)
Location: The hotel was closed to Mystic shopping village and aquarium.
I found an empty water bottle on the carpet floor next to the floor lamp on the first day we checked in. The bathroom does not have a strong blower fan to remove the steam. Had to keep the door slightly ajar. One of the hotel employees knocked on the door before 9 am to see if the room is empty. Check out time was 11 am.

Great value

Pros: Location, price, staff, breakfast, facilities
Cons: Rooms are beginning to show their age; need some updating (carpets, bathroom tilework). Definitely NOT bad; just calling for some TLC.
Location: Short walk to Starbucks, restaurants, Mystic Aquarium and a great village full of boutique shops. About 1/2 mile from Mystic Seaport.
Clean, comfortable, good front desk staff, clean rooms, good parking, nice restaurant (reasonably priced)

Good hotel handily placed for the Interstate 95

Pleasant staff, clean and well presented hotel very handily positioned for east access to the Interstate 95 that runs from NYC to Boston Lively bar in the evening, plenty of car parking space and some good shopping and the Mystic Aquarium in the immediate vicinity. Recommended

1st floor was loud. My room was by the conference

OK hotel across from the Mystic Aquarium

Pros: Staff was friendly and it is located across the street from the aquarium
Cons: Room quality, food, pool
Although clean, our room and the hotel were very "tired" and in great need of updating, especially for a $350 room. There wasn't a fridge to keep my kids' snacks cold, nor a table/chairs to eat breakfast in our room, so we went to the restaurant in our jammies. The breakfast buffet food in the restaurant was HORRIBLE (potatoes cold and hard and the bacon and sausage was gamey, coffee was like water), however, the servers were very friendly. The beds were very hard and the pillows lumpy. My kids and I were excited to swim, but the pool was freezing and difficult to enjoy. This was a last-minute trip and the only room I could find. Overall, it functioned as a clean, safe place to sleep, but I wouldn't stay here again.
