“Worth the money”

This hotel was clean, comfortable bed and close to stores, restaurants and casinos. Worth every penny!!! Breakfast was included, but not worth it.

“Highly recommended”

An excellent hotel value in a wonderful location convenientlly close to I95. A pool, exercise room comfortable beds and a good breakfast included - everything a weary traveler needs!

"The Boat House" - next door to the hptel - easy walking distance. "Mystic Pizza" - downtown - made famous by the movie - lives up to it's name!

Nearby steak house was just OK. Baked potatoes were served cold, had to be sent back. Prices were high for food served. Scallops were good.

“Mystic Magic”

People were very helpful,easy to get to from I-95.Tub drain not working well otherwise it was great room. Small but pleasant indoor pool and whirlpool. Very good variety of food for breakfast (different every day x3 days).Wish they had a playground area for kids out back . They certainly had enough room for one! Centrally located for Mystic sites. Would definately stay again.

“Great breakfast bar & shopping next door”

The hotel sits on top of a hill and has a nice view. Sits across the street from a quaint shopping village with lots of unique shops. The hotel was very clean and the beds luxurious. Beautiful lobby with seating arrangements and a great full breakfast bar. On the downside, I felt hotel was a little pricey, so won't be making a routine of it, but nice for the occasional get-away.

Area recommendations

Downtown Mystic is not far and has some good seafood restaurants. Also had fun walking over the drawbridge and eating at Mystic Pizza.

“"Loved It"”

Holiday Inn Express @ Mystic was just as described by other travelers and we had not trouble from start to the finish. The check-in was easy and quick. The lobby was well decorated and arranged. The location was great and close to everything. The room was good and so was the free break fast in the morning. It was bigger than usual and it was very clean. It is usually very hard to get a King bed but this time it was not only easy but also very comfortable. If there are any recommendation for the hotel, I would say that they should complete the construction at the rear parking lot and make it easier to get in, park and get out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Would recommend the Seaport, shopping and great restaurants.

“good place to stay with kids”

This hotel is what you expect from a holiday inn express. The pool is good for the kids, only 5 feet in the deep end. The hot tub was a bit too hot, even for adults. The free continental breakfast is average. The location is why we stayed, right acroos the street from Mystic village and aquarium. Overall a good hotel for the price, would stay here again.

“Good hotel in a great location.”

Rooms were clean, breakfast was adequate, and proximity to the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mystik Village was fabulous.
