Mystic to FoxwoodsPosted Dec 14, 2013
Pros: Large room with king bed, clean, looks like it was newly renovated
Cons: Maybe a shuttle service to the nearby casinos
Location: Plenty of shops, the aquarium and restaurant all within walking distance. Short ride to Foxwoods Casino
My wife and I stayed here to save a few bucks for our trip to see a show at the Foxwoods MGM in Ledyard, CT. Although, originally booked at the Mystic Hilton, Expedia had to change our hotel a few days before our scheduled visit. The change was seamless and hassle free. This hotel was a fantastic place to stay for an overnight visit. Across the street from the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mystic Village shopping area, with a great restaurant called The Boathouse right next door. Th $25 cab ride to the casino was still MUCH better than the $500 per night rate at the casino hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Good location.Posted Dec 10, 2013
Pros: The emenities and the comfort of the room.
Cons: Pool hours could be increased.
Location: Near the highway. Located next to Old Mystic Village and the Aquarium. Short drive to historic Mystic. Enjoyed Mystic Pizza.
Only there one night, but enjoyed the use of workout room, pool and hot tub. Very comfortable room and breakfast included.

Great place!Posted Dec 3, 2013
We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is a great location for visiting Mystic and close to the casinos. The rooms are clean and the breakfast offered is better than most places we have stayed at. I would highly recommend this hote.

Location: great location - definitely check out Olde Mystic Village - quaint shops, good restaurants.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable, lumpy. One of the beds had a "ditch" in the middle of the bed sloping into the middle. Woke up with a back ache. Room was on the first floor - fitness center on the second floor - open 24 hours a day. So some night owls decided to work out throughout the night. Every step on the treadmills sounded like the ceiling was coming through. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Bacon and sausage barely cooked, eggs tasted like powdered mix rather than real eggs. Cinnamon buns were really good though. The buffet area was very small, forcing people to clump together, creating congestion and frustration. Breakfast only served from 6:30 to 9:30, which means that if you want to eat in peace, come before 745 - after that it’s a flood of people, long lines and nowhere to even sit. Room size was very nice.

Not bad.Posted Oct 8, 2013
The bathroom was clean but the rug had a lot of stains. Time for a shampoo. The bed was comfy but I suggest going out to breakfast.

Nice close to shopping and restaurantsPosted Sep 22, 2013
Pros: Close to shopping and downtown, and the freeway.
Cons: Needs some improvements on the rooms , they are a little ran down. Could use a good cleaning not just the every day stuff
Location: Love the location that's why we stay there love the shopping at mystic village and downtown Mystic love the restaurants in Mystic and Stonington.
We've stayed at this hotel two years in a row will go some where else next year getting ran down needs a face left.

It was not our first time using your hotels. It won't be our last. We were very taken back at the quality of the breakfast you had daily. It was great. We saved time and money. The rooms always make me at home. Thank You! We will see you again......................
