Very good. Shuttle was prompt and the front desk couldn't have been nicer. Would stay again.

Very close to casino...horrible staff.

Pros: Very close to the casino and they have a shuttle that will bring you there.
None of our lights worked, only the few that we on the nightstand by the bed. We put our privacy tag on our door and the next morning the cleaning people walked in without even knocking first. I complained to the person at the front desk and they didn't even apologize, all they said was that they will take care of it....???

Pros: Staff was very friendly and accomodating
Cons: Our room had a slight odor to it!
Shuttle service to Mohegan Sun is very good and efficient

Glitches in their system NEED FIXING!!

Pros: Location. Staff. Room size. Bedding. Restaurant staff.
Cons: System for key entry. System for holding deposit for incidentals
Location: 1.5 miles from the Casino. That's all that we were there for
DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEBIT CARD for any incidental expenses, as it will take a minimum of 10 days to get that $ back in your account. Also, the hotel made some sort of an accounting error and therefore, they charged me 3X the normal fee, to hold for any incidentals, so to say I was upset about this was a bit of an understatement. It wasnt a lot of money, but when you have bills to pay and your check comes in on a certain day, etc etc, it really screws things up and was extremely frustrating. The manager was very nice and I understood what she said, but the front desk staff NEEDS to really make a point of telling customers, that they will have NO ACCESS to this money for at least 2 weeks. We also got locked out of our room immediately, which was a huge bummer, and it took a while to get back in, which was also human error, but the front desk staff. Annoying and frustrating, but oh well. The staff was very nice and tried to do their best. The restaurant staff, Chrystal, was AWESOME and the food was actually really good. Great drink specials. Great location to the casino. I would go back, but I would definitely tweek a few things that I mentioned.

Dear Sally, Thank you for the nice 4 star review!! We ceratinly understand your frustration with your bank's hold on your debit account. We do have signs at the front desk and our staff does show the guest the statement on the registration card as each guest has to initial it showing that they understand the process. Glitches do happen, but when a guest checks out of the hotel, our system releases any hold on the card...unfortunately the bank may then hold the funds for an additional 5 to 10 days and on occasion we have had to speak with the bank on a guest behalf. Cleam hotel with friendly helpful staff

Location: Moheghan Sun and Mystic CT.
Very good place to stay for a fraction o the price at a Moheghan Sun hotel. And about 5 minutes from MS

Close to Mohegan Sun

Stayed here recently because the rooms at Mohegan are expensive. The hotel is extremely close to the casino with shuttles running every half hour. Super convenient for those that want to enjoy their evening and not worry about driving. The rooms were spacious and clean with the usual amenities (iron, coffee maker, etc). I stayed in the king which also had a couch, table and desk. The front desk was knowledgable and helpful. The price wasn't so bad. Cost about $175 a night. I'd recommend this hotel for others.

The hotel was OK, we barely spent any time in the room. Close to Mohegan. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest.
