“Can't jude a hotel by the price”

This hotel was very cheap and I was very skeptical at first. My mother, sister and I needed a place to stay for a quick weekend getaway and we wanted something affordable and had different activites close by. This hotel was perfect for just that. The room was a standard size, bathroom was cleaned daily and always had fresh towels. There wasn't really much of downside besides the fact that the T.V. was a bit out dated and needed a new bulb( the picture was very dim). I could also hear the other people in the room next door. Other than that this was a great choice and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff was very professional and polite as well as being very understanding. We were running a little late for check-out and we called the front desk and were told to take as much time as we needed. Good times.

“LARGE CLEAN ROOM”

THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS A LOUD REFIG. BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT.

“dont count on breakfast”

unless you like donut holes and frozen donuts for a "continental" breakfast.! otherwise the place was great,

“Cheap, clean, and comfortable”

We had an issue with the first room they gave us, because the heater wasn't working. But the manager moved us to one two doors down and the heater worked great! The rooms are extraordinarily large. You could throw down an extra sleeping bag or two in the unused space. The hotel was nearly empty over Christmas, but the manager told us that beginning New Year's, the casino goers will fill the place and their rates will triple! This was an extraordinary value for the price.

“Got what I paid for”

The Knights Inn in Groton, CT was a good value for the money. The room was immaculate, and the cable had premium channels. I was also allowed to use the hotel's wi-fi connection at no additional cost. The only downside was the comfort of the beds and pillows. I work in the mattress industry, so maybe I'm spoiled when it comes to comfort, but the mattresses were cheap and too hard. The pillows were limp and flat offering no neck support or comfort. I did not sleep well at all. The only other complaint that I had was that the free breakfast was only good through 10am. Overall, I got what I paid for. I have stayed in much worse hotels for more than what I paid to stay at the Knight's Inn, so I would go back again if need be. As long as I bring my own pillows.

“Nice few days”

The hotel room was nice. We were only using it for sleeping. the beds were comfortable. had a mini fridge and microwave, clean bathroom.

“Knights Inn Groton for the Thrifty :]”

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend for a wedding. It was only 10 minutes away from our reception site in Mystic, and TONS cheaper than the hotels reserved for the event. The hotel itself is a little hard to find, but is very clean and the manager is very helpful. Remember that this is a cheaper place so they do not provide hair dryers or shampoo/conditioner for the shower. And there wasn't an alarm clock in our room, which was kind of odd. But as long as you bring you own shower amenities and are ok with using your cell phone alarm, you should be A-OK!

“Fine place for the price”

All I needed was a place to sleep - relatively clean, quiet, free wireless, free coffee / juice in the lobby - what more do you need.

“Clean and convenient”

The rates for a Friday and Saturday night were far below the neighboring hotels, and hundreds below the casino resorts. Convenient location, not further than 15 minutes from any of the major attractions, clean rooms and comfortable beds. My only complaint, no coffee makers in the rooms.

“could be better”

not happy asked spec for nonsmoking and got one with burn hole in blanket and ashtrays but not filthy i did like the mini fridge
