The location is excellent, the apartment was very nice and well kept, I only hated that it reeked like cigarettes, I opened the windows but it seems people next door smoke indoors. Sleeping was rough with that awful smell.

The room provided had no amenities. The heat only worked on one side, and the bathroom lights were not working. The bed was of low quality. It is not worth the price of 175.00 per night with one widow ocean view. Another guest attempted to get a cigarette as we went to the room. No coffee maker, micro, or fridge. Did not stay but was refunded for one night of the two booked.

Thank you for your review. Coffee pots and microwaves are provided in apartments only along with a full size kitchen. All of our standard rooms do in fact have a mini fridge.

The rooms are outdated and not very comfortable. The location can't be beat. The beachbar with music is a great touch. We went in October so the scene was fairly mellow. In the future, I would visit the bar on the beach, but stay somewhere else.

Pleasant two night stay. Front desk very accommodating. Gave us an upgraded room, but rooms are a bit outdated style wise. Many places to walk to and try for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. Nice beach and outdoor bar.

We will not return to this "Frat house"
People in the office were friendly and helpful. Room was large, fairly clean, could use a full/deep cleaning. The bar played loud "pop" music from 11 AM until 1 AM, people were smoking and drinking everywhere outside, including the crowded beach which gave it a "Frat house" atmosphere. The beach was crowded on Friday and VERY crowded on Saturday. We learned the hotel has a parking lot across the street where they charge cars to park and allow people beach access. In our opinion, there's not enough room to allow people not staying at the hotel beach access and the adjacent beaches enforce the "private beach" signs so people can't set up nearby. There was very little if any outside lighting, two flights of unfamiliar stairs in the dark is not safe - it's dangerous. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance, one REQUIRED reservations. The ocean is quite rough with a strong undertow and large waves - fine with us but difficult for small children, although there was a lifeguard.

Late night
Parking was very tight. Beach bar expectations a bit much, and inability to sleep because of partying on both side of the motel. I would recommend not staying if you’re bringing your family. If partying is what you’re looking for you would enjoy. Had some great things about it, some not so much….

We have stayed there for two years now. This year was a bit of a disappointment. Our door was left wide open two days in a row after housecleaning was in there. When reported we were told that their locks were being replaced in august and that they were sorry. After the first time this was no longer acceptable. We had all of our belongings in there as well as our children’s belongings. The second time we went down to inform the office there was no real explanation and we received the same explanation as the locks were being replaced in august.

The price of the room was overpriced,the a/c was not put in window correctly, one of the chairs was broken ,only one table and it was dirty table near bedsides,asked for change of room and did not try to accomadate us,everything about this was a terrible vacation. only thing taht was good here was restaurant service across the street and our waiter went above and beyond very satisfied at the restaurant,but the service where we stayed was lousy,really lousy.

A little pricey for just a room and not much amenities. However the location right on the beach was a big plus. Arrived early and able to park and use the beach before getting our room in the late afternoon. Outdoor deck facing the ocean was really nice.

The place is dated, no frills, but clean. The location right on the beach was perfect. It is suppose to be a private beach, but they let people who pay to park in their lot ($80.00 per car), in so it can get VERY crowed and people are sitting on top of you. The restaurants don't have enough help so you can't get in without a very long wait or not at all. One place stopped seating people at 6:00 because the kitchen was swamped.

This motel was So dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE. there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Me, my husband, and my one year old daughter went for the fourth. Definitely not baby or kid friendly. People partying all night. I should of looked into the reviews better on this place or else I wouldn’t have stayed. Just don’t go here. The worst part about it is that it was so dirty. Floors hasn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. I actually had Lysol wipes with me and did a wipe down of the whole place. Yes there was dust and dirt. So they clearly didn’t clean before we came. Only thing good about this place is that it’s on the beach. That is it.

The beach is wonderful. The staff is friendly. The rooms are a bit run down. Waking up to the sound of waves is great. Beachside bar open until late not a treat for a family. Beach view from the room view was lovely!! Rhode Island is WONDERFUL. Local restaurants have delicious food. Long strolls on relaxed beach was a delight.

Microwaves and coffee pots are only available in the apartments. We do not supply tissues, we supply toilet paper in all rooms and apartments. Paper towels are provided in the apartments as well. If there are any damages to rooms we fix then once we are made aware, as well as rooms are checked daily.

the room was newly update and very clean but bed mattress pretty hard. My main complain there was no coffee maker in room and went i went to office at abut 530pm no one was there so the next morning at 5am i am looking for a dunkin donuts to get my coffee since I am an early riser other than that very nice and clean
