In terms of the 'business' hotels you might stay in in Japan. This is one of the more spacious hotels you might stay in. The decor is sorta old-fashion but very clean.
Clean, small bedroom. If u have big luggage, there's not much space to open them. I had a backpack so it was ok. No mineral water. Good location for a stopover. If u take the train. A bit noisy as we were on the 3rd floor, area has restaurants, but it was ok by 12pm.
Convenient location. Within 5 minutes walk to Nagoya station. Many restaurants around the area. There is a underground shopping / food plaza called Esca bazaar nearby. If you to stay away from the crowd, you can simply have some food there. Hotel is so so, a bit old but reasonable price.
Very pleasant staff and personal attention. Small hotel but nice and quiet with dining along the river. Walking distance to nightlife and Hiroshima Peace area.
Hotel is falling apart. Service isn't very good, and the whole hotel smells of smoke. The area is not the best, but it is walking distance from the train station. We only stayed one night and we were glad we didn't have to stay any longer.
Room is very small. Bed only with one pillow and I request for an extra one, they said they don't have it. Hotel policy have to check out 10am otherwise penalty incurred. Shower is fine with amenities provided. Overall will not recommend for business travelers or parents with kids.

FIne for a quick stay
This is a good hotel if you are just needing a quick place to stay. Nothing fancy, nothing spacious, just a clean/climate controlled place to lay down and rest during a concert tour of Japan.
Very quick check in, very minimal greetings or English spoken. Internet is quite fast.

Located in business area
Overall good except their location in a business area. There's a convenient store next to hotel. If you want to go to tourist places, either take subway, otherwise a long walking distance. Nearest is the Science Museum.
Just don't have any expectation to this hotel. The room is super tiny, and way smaller than an average Japan hotel room.
Hotel staffs were very unfriendly and rude (which probably is one of the worst friendly hotels in Japan.)
Nonetheless, the location is good, which is about 5 minutes walk from the train station.
Centrally located. Easy access to JR, Meitetsu and Kintetsu lines. Meitetsu department store and restaurants also located within Nagoya Station. Staff are friendly and speak English. Their double room was small but not cramped. Toiletries were provided. Had a very pleasant stay, will consider this hotel again should I visit Nagoya again.
location is good, but staff services is very soso.

The location is great as it is near the train station. There are many eateries, mainly beer drinking places, in the area. The female staff at the reception speaks good English, however one of male staff wasn't very friendly. The room is small but for it's price, I would stay here again.
I'm a solo traveler & this hotel has met my expectations. The hotel is close to the subway station, a major electronics store & restaurants. The amenities in the hotel were good & the room was clean.

Close to the Nagoya Meitetsu station 10 minutes
Had to ask for the hotel location with the train information center was not too hard to find.
they allowed us to check in at 12noon .but one of the night receptionist, older one on28 n29 may was very rude to us for using wifi at the lobby.he came and told us off to keepour conversation n phone tone down and we got to stand outside the hotel to wifi, the 6 of us.aircond was purposely off at the lobby.we came to lobby because wifi was off in the room.
5 minutes away from Nagoya station. A lot of eating places in the area. They kept our luggage before check - in and after check-out (our flt out is at 9 pm). Luv the location and price is very affordable.
Great location, not so far from the station. The staffs are very welcoming and speak good English. The room is spacious enough for a couple with one luggage each. Great hotel amenities. Room is clean however smell of smokes. Would gladly recommend the hotel for a short stay.
Good location once you found it. The hotel should give a guide as to how to go the hotel from Nagoya Station. Exit from Taiko-dori side and look for Denny Café. If you exit from the Sakura Dori side, you will never find the hotel.
Room very clean, size wise Japanese standard. Near to Nagoya Station, hotels.com did not teach customers how to exit from Nagoya Station. Please inform customers to exit from Taiko-Dori Side, go to the left hand side of the Taiko-dori exit look out for Denny Cafe. It is two roads behind Denny Cafe. I was lost because I went to the Sakura Dori side.
Looking at the price we pay, we didn't expect it to be very nice and comfy. But it turned out to be very nice! Waaaaaaayy better (bigger room and cheaper) than the low cost hotel in Malaysia like Tune Hotel. It is close to Nagoya Station and 7-eleven and shopping malls.
Fine for a night or two, and a convenient 5-6 minute walk from the station. Service desk can communicate in basic English, and are prompt. Room is a little tight by western standards, but pretty normal for a business hotel in Japan.
