Good overall for valuePosted Sep 4, 2014
I have been to a bunch of nagoya's japanese business hotels in that area and this one is alright for its price. Close to sakae station, food and shopping. Room is quite big for a japanese hotel.

Good location; downhill from there.Posted Apr 18, 2013
Pros: Location, proximity to subway
Cons: The beds were too hard. Rooms not clean. Lobby always smelling of smoke.
Location: A redeeming feature - in the heart of Sakae with easy access to subway.
Good location, with convenient subway access, and close to good restaurants/shopping. We were firstly given a smoking room, despite our booking. This was rapidly fixed, fortunately. Bedroom was tired - dirty couch, stained carpets, and we even found a toothpick on our bedside table! Bed was really hard - we saw four rooms during our stay here, and the beds were all quite uncomfortable. Internet was unreliable - consisted of SIM card wireless modems connected to Wifi routers in the hallways - cables all exposed, and ready to trip over. Bathrooms were small, cramped, but serviceable. Overall, not bad for a cheap stay for a couple of days, but not somewhere I would hurry back to.
