A nice hotelPosted Jan 4, 2015
The Northfolf Hotel is very nice. The security is appears to be tight. There is nothing special about the hotel, but it was perfect for our three day stay in the city. The food is slightly over priced, with that the service is wonderful.

The Norfolk is Kenya's oldest hotel and it is world class in every way. The staff is particularly memorable. There are many different promotions that take place, but people should be careful if their rate does not include breakfast, as it costs over $30 if you must pay.

Beauty vs AffordabiltyPosted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels
This hotel is very beautiful. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food served is AMAZING.... even breakfast is delicious. They gym is well equipped and spacious for a hotel gym. Frank the gym instructor is very helpful and friendly. Overall this hotel is excellent, however I must point out this hotel is expensive. The gift shop prices are astronomical and down right criminal..... not everyone staying at your hotel is spending dollars/pounds!!

Fin modtagelse og god service på dette historiske hotel. Ren pool og indbydende spa-center. Priser på mad og drikkke for høje. Gratis internet kun for medlemmer.

We stayed at the Norfolk before, during and after our Safari through Kenya. It is a beautiful hotel with impeccable service.

The best hotel in Nairobi!Posted Jan 1, 2014
Location: We traveled with our boys, 10 and 12, and all four of us loved the elephant orphanage and the giraffe center!
We loved the tranquility of this hotel so close to busy Nairobi. It was a long flight from Chicago and the front desk staff quickly checked us in, and brought us to our lovely room overlooking the courtyard. I can't thank the reservation agent, Rose, enough for catching my error. I had reserved the wrong Fairmont location initially and truly appreciate her confirming the correct hotel. Everyone at the hotel was so warm and helpful!

Great old hotel with lots of historyPosted Dec 31, 2013 on Hotels
Great place to stay but such a shame the area has to be so closely guarded if it wasn't for the security issues Nairobi would be a great city

Det eneste hotellet vi vil bo på i Nairobi!Posted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels
