Sleep well!Posted Nov 10, 2010
As a more than picky frequent traveller, very rarely do I get impressed with a hotel. But this one managed to! WONDERFUL beds that made me sleep better than ever. Good breakfast and very friendly efficient staff that were eager to provide very good service fast. And they got it right too.. We for sure will make this our regular place to stay on our many trips to Zurich!

Very nice, comfotable hotelPosted Oct 15, 2010 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very good, both it's rooms and other facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Prizes for services like transport are very high compared to local taxis but also offers a whole different comfort and service level. All in all a great place to stay!

Oasis in NairobiPosted Aug 12, 2009
If you are looking for a quiet rest in a busy Nairobi than go to the Fairmont The Norfolk. We came from a Safari and had a very pleasent and quiet stay.

Nicest Hotel in East AfricaPosted Sep 24, 2008
The Norfolk is still the nicest hotel to stay in Nairobi and probably in East Africa. The recent renovations have added some very nice new rooms and expanded the Lobby and Delamere Terrace. I slightly miss the intimacy of the old Delamere Terrace, but this works very well now as both a bar and restaurant for breakfast, lunch and light dinners. The staff are superbly friendly and helpful and teh gardens are a sublimely peaceful place to look into while unwinding from jet-lag.
