We had returned from a safari tentvthat had plenty of hot water to an expensive hotel without hot water.

An absolutely unbelievable hotel! We were on the receiving end of some of the most welcoming and friendly service from the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out. Very nice property. Rooms are very nice. Little far away from shopping. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurants. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

I felt like the staff/concierge tried to overcharge us for some excursions. They quoted a price which transportation was included and on the way back twice tried to charge a fee for the hotel shuttle when it was already included as part of the package price

Definitely worth staying a night
Really nice stay and staff, beautiful facilities and spacious rooms. Worth the extra penny Minor point but they were rigid about reversing my with breakfast booking ( they argued I had a no cancellation booking), even though I had requested for change within 10mins of booking. But breakfast was lovely so not too important, but felt rather cheated by the poor service there.

Such a luxe experience. The staff was kind and attentive , the food was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer so I could enjoy their on-site spa and heated pool (next time). Thank you for making my families stay so special.

Never fails to impress!
The Villa Rose Kempinski is truly one of the best, if not the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, the beds, super comfortable and the shower so warm and comforting. Really not a bad word to say about the hotel. However, what makes the hotel what it is, is the staff. They are an absolute joy - the provide personalized service, they know you by name and they remember your preferences all while smiling and genuinely caring for your comfort during your stay. This level of personal service is rare and amazing. My stay would not have been what it was without the amazing staff. My thanks to EACH and EVERY one of you. Special thanks to Jane (your omelettes were the best!! :-D) and Janet at Cafe Villa Rosa, James and Anne at the front desk, Evans who assisted me with my baggage and the drivers - Frans, David, Ben and the team.
