I would suggest connecting with the front desk staff while you are onsite, they are available 24 hours a day. We always look to rectify situations while you are here, we want you to enjoy your stay.

Hello and thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. We are pet friendly but we do ask pet owners not to leave their pets in our rooms alone to help prevent barking. The front desk are happy to call pet owners when we receive any complaints about our furry friends who aren't following the rules. I'm very sorry this affected your stay.
