A bad experience

Pros: nothing,except it was clean
Cons: everything
Location: not good, except it was by the sea.
Upon arrival no sign of life, drapes were closed.No cars in parking lot. A person did open the drapes, and the door. We wanted to register at about 12:30 pm, and the man said we had to wait until 3:00 pm. He had to phone someone who said it was o.k. to register.We were very disappointed when we entered our rooms. Very little furniture. There was no cafe or resturant on site or near by. The person who registered us,left , and we were the only ones in the hotel the whole time we were there.There was no one there next morning when we left. All in all not a good experience..

Horrible!

Location: In the old run down section of town!
When we first arrived for an early check-in at 11:00am there was no one around and not even one car in the lot. The place was closed and appeared to be abandoned (peeling paint, parking lot was full of holes). Upon phoning the hotel they told us to go at 1:00pm for check-in. When we actually got in the room there was only 1 set of towels, the fridge was unplugged with water all over the floor, the microwave didn't work, the air conditioner was broken and theIr solution was a fan and it was extremely hot that night which made sleep impossible. Balcony was dirty and cheap plastic chairs were filthy!. The hallway carpet has never been cleaned and it was a mess! There is no one at the front desk at night and this section is closed off and you enter through a side door with a key! Therefore there is no security.This is not a 3 star hotel and should be removed from your list Expedia!!!!

Waterfront review about our stay

The room and view was very lovely. Would not recommend this hotel due to the nose next to the hotel construction of some sort from 4:30 pm - 8:30 in morning specially when check out time is 11am unexceptionable. Dont you wish to have your guest like to sleep in if they wish to stay at your Hotel. Other than that you need to get housekeeping on with the cleaning of the rooms much better as well. Appearance wise its lovely but as for me recommending this hotel to others I would have to say no.

Not reccomended Check in took way too long.No one around at night. You are given a key to let yourself in after 10 pm. No one around to check out in the morning- very bizzare.

Frightening hotel

We were alone on the first day. The reception closed at 9 pm and opened again at 9 am. The hotel was renovated when we were there. No customers except us. There was another couple there on our second day there. The hotel layout make it scary and our room was at the end of the hallway. We were never stayed at a motel with nobody there. The water in the bad tub was very weak, thestove was very old. The room smelled like an old attic. We did not know that we were alone until the next morning, we left at 6 am, the reception area was lock. They did not allow seafood in the room. I would never go back there. It was cheap but we were scared of ghost. If u dont believe me then u can try out just for one night.
