Comfortable stay

Hilton again hits all the right spots when on business trip. Comfortable bed, clean linen, spacious room, good shower, spacious desk. On negative side, staff not to the same level and lack experience and English skills. No breakfast option, either the buffet (very expensive even if good) or the buffet... And still no cotton buds in the room (should be easy to get no?). Would def stay there again!

Cons: Drainage in the shower was blocked
Location: Very far from the centre of the city
Overall an enjoyable stay. Many things do not function very well eg. Wifi and plumbing Bathroom viewable from the bed was a little off putting

Very hot in room and they would not turn on the air conditioning controlled by building. Finally after several complaints they turned it on but only for about 6 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. That means the entire building was hot in the rooms. I'm sure I wasn't the only one complaining. The Hotel just did not care. They were more concerned with saving a few dollars,mean while the guests suffer!

Luxury hotel in a good location

Pros: The luxurious room
Cons: The heat in the room
Location: Very convenient near the subway, shops, and restaurants
The air-con was was too hot at 25 degrees in the room, and the thermostat did not correct this. When the window was opened, it was then too cold!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful service and great location. Outstanding property with friendly and accommodating staff. Very good English skills.

These guys don't have their act together

Given the premium pricing, along with the obscene antics of Paris Hilton, Hilton is not my 1st choice for travel. However, given the proximity to the Nanjing Exposition Hall, I booked a room. Not good... was struggling out of the taxi with bags-not a doorman in sight. Waited an hour for a bowl of soup. Walked away from bkfst when no a la carte items were available (I guess they want you to buy the buffet). Concierge could not tell me which exit to use from the subway to the Exposition Hall. Last straw-had to pay cash for a train ticket purchase-no ATM machine in the hotel (walked around for 45 minutes looking for an ATM). Beautiul lobby, but skip the hotel-they simply don't know what they are doing.
