“Outstanding service and extremely impressed”

I am very satisified with their service. The check-in process was outstanding. The front desk people are very polite. Our family arrived the hotel very earlier, but the the front desk tried to find rooms for us and also upgraded our rooms too. Hence, we can change our clothes and go outside for sightseeing. In the next day, the sky is raining, the bell boy went outside to find a large taxi so we can put our family 4 luggages in the taxi. I was very happy for their service. I will stay there next time.

Definitely better than your average Holiday Inn in the USA. Good value for money, and for Nanjing one of the better hotels in the area. Clean. Rooms good.

“Duanwu in Nanjing”

The location is quite good, right next to a large mall and near the major sights. Americans, who are only used to Holiday Inns in the US, will be in for a very pleasant surprise. My only complaints are since Internet service is very cheap now, this service should be free. Including breakfast would improve the feeling of hospitality, too.
