Bedsit apartment in NantesPosted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff were clear and friendly. Quiet room. Having a bedsit style of room was very appealing, and I liked this option better than other hotels
Cons: Room cleanliness - room should be cleaned before people move in. Better reception hours - closed 1-3 on day of check out - couldn't leave luggage
Location: 3/4 tram stops/10min walk to town centre. Carre Fours very close-by for supplies. Recommend a 24/48 Pass Nantes - Tourist info nr Chateau
I stayed in this hotel from a Wednesday to a Tuesday in April. Good points: Good location, short walk or tram-ride to city centre. Room was well equipped with cutlery and plates etc, as described in the described. Room was quiet - no disturbance from other people, and a very quiet street outside. There was sufficient storage and good duvets and pillows. Shower and toilet facilities were fine. Less than good points: Room cleanliness was not good - when I checked in there were crumbs and hairs on bed, as well as other locations around the apartment. The walls were dusty. The carpet had not been hoovered before I checked in. Also reception hours meant I wasn't able to leave luggage (additional charge 1Euro50!) at reception on day of checkout, as they were closed 1-3. Based on the lack of cleanliness I would not recommend staying here again.

Proper hotel for short and longer stays. Close to the most interesting places and easy to access.

Not the Worst Experience... Certainly not the BestPosted Mar 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
To begin with, this Appart'City featured a pull-out couch as the main bed. A very noisy and uncomfortable one at that. The staff was rarely there, there wasn't any soap in the bathroom, and the stovetop was very slow. On the plus side, it is in a good neighborhood and the heat worked very well. In other words, you get what you pay for. For the price, this is a fine, if not slightly uncomfortable choice.

Simple hotel near centre villePosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very simple. I didn't realize it was 'apartment' style, so there's a tiny kitchenette if you need it. Room is nothing fancy, but I was comfortable and the shower was fine. They don't have maid service, and you have to take out your own trash at the end of your stay (a little bizarre, but whatever). Very quiet room with a cute view.
