Excellent location and friendly staff bed hard but staff did everything to resolve. Air con kept going very cold couldn’t control it. No hotel guide in room so no idea if room service was available etc or breakfast times Small things but overall a good hotel I’d return.

Good base for your trip to Nantes
A very good place to stay when visiting Nantes. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Rooms spotless with modern facilities, larger than average French hotel rooms. Breakfast gave a good range of options. I particularly liked the selection of teas, with Japanese style teapots and the kids loved the pastries.

Would not stay here again. The first room they gave me was not even cleaned. Dirty toilet paper on the toilet, dirty, coffee cups, half eaten fruit on the table. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room and told me that I would get the VIP treatment… That meant nothing to them I guess. New room was somewhat clean, but hairs on top of the pillow on the bed, and when I moved the pillow away, they were hairs under the pillow. That’s just gross. The carpets are old and ratty both inside the rooms as well as the hallways. my first dirty room had a window that opened, but my second room had a window that couldn’t be opened. The hotel restaurant had to Monterey options for dinner. I would read it a six out of 10. Overall the hotel looks like it was made into a hotel haphazardly. Things don’t make sense, including the lobby. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Hotal is in excellent location but tied.
Hotel is in a very good location - central to everything. Hotel is nice but very tied, house keeping missed our room 2 days running. Hotel wasnt open for luch or dinner throughout the stay which we were not advised about prior to arrival.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom carpet, decor and furniture starting to look tired. Beds reasonably comfortable. Air conditioning was a pleasure to have in 37 degree heat.

Amazing building and hotel!
Beautiful hotel set in the old court building in Nantes. It is very centrally located and a 2 minute walk into the shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent self service buffet breakfast. Room was very spacious with a huge bed! Bathroom was quite small but served its purpose. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel but with lacking service
The hotel is in a beautiful corner court of justice. The suite was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast was disappointing- the omelet and French toast were similar to one on the airplane (warmed up / micro waved?) and it was difficult to get any attention from the staff as there were not many of them. Overall a beautiful hotel but a bit let down by the restaurant and lack of service

Good service in difficult circumstances.
Nice hotel and the staff dealt well with the difficult Covid-19 restrictions. The air conditioning was not working in our room, but after talking to the front desk a couple of times they moved us to another one. None of the staff made any attempt to speak English, which doesn't bother me, but would be difficult if you have no French.

Perfect location, clean and spacious room. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Through no fault of the hotel, construction work was going on beside the hotel adjacent to our room, so rather early noisy wake up Monday morning.
