"Beautiful hotel with amazing service and amenities"
From the moment we drove up to our checkout, the staff was so friendly and very attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was beautiful with great amenities including a pool, hot tub, tasting room and vineyard on location, and several dining options. The rooms were very nice and updated and beds super comfortable. There was a free shuttle to downtown Napa, which was great for going to and from dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Napa area. We definitely plan on coming back!!

"Great Room , but this place caters to large groups"
Check in was a breeze, had no idea this place was a time share and of course we were hit up as soon as we got our keys. However is was low pressure when we said we were not interested. The room was fantastic best part of the resort. Most of the staff was very friendly. you get one day to pick your room to be cleaned, they missed ours and ended up cleaning it the last day. We were looking forward to bowling however the first night it was booked for a private party, Tried the second night (Monday) only to find the entire Ultra Lounge and bowling alley was closed for a private party- showing this place caters to conferences or large groups. One evening we were at the smaller bar noting we were bummed the ultra lounge was closed as they had our favorite tequila ( Don Julio 1842) a young lady of who works in the operations call center overheard heard us and said she would see what she could do. 15 minutes later the manager of Ultra walked in with two shots of Don Julio. WOW - again its the staff at this place that makes it.
Pro's - room and patio , friendly staff
Con's - Caters to large groups, in an industrial park nothing around. Limited bars . Vienna was medicore at best

This was a spur of the moment trip to Napa over the Easter weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice hotel available with such short notice! It's in a great location: within walking distance of the Napa Valley Wine Train, close to a Catholic Church (St. John the Baptist, which we attended for Easter services...very nice!), minutes from the Oxbow Public Market which is chock full of delicious eats and unusual and tasty items for purchase, close to the downtown area. The hotel itself has great amenities: covered (valet, FREE) parking, heated saltwater pool and spa, very expansive outdoor seating area, wine/appetizers in the late afternoon, knowledgeable and friendly Concierge. We booked a one bedroom suite. The room was comfortable, there was no extraneous noise (which is always a bonus), the bathroom with a sunken tub and rain bar shower was quite luxurious, the kitchen area was well stocked and quite lovely. Would absolutely return to this property in the future!

Napa marks the southern gateway to this famous wine-growing valley. Napa’s downtown sports an open-air shopping mall, a renovated opera house, upscale riverfront developments, and wine-tasting locales. The popular wine train chugs through vineyards and past the scenic town of Yountville to St. Helena.
