Great staff, great hot tub, very comfortablePosted Nov 27, 2013
Pros: Staff, hot tub, pool.
Location: In vineyard country where we loved biking, it was beautiful.
We were greeted by the extremely helpful Kelly. Room was comfortable. After biking all day we were delighted to jump into the hot tub. Pool temperature was also comfortable - in November! Breakfast was good and the manager who was there was very helpful. We would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Wine Country TripPosted Nov 15, 2013
We stayed for 2 nights as the part of our Napa wine trip. The hotel is within walking distance to Calistoga, and if you have the outside rooms you have a nice view of the hills and trees. We were able to see hot air balloons lift off Wednesday morning. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast choices were great…eggs, sausage, cereals, and all kinds of breads and pastries. My only complaint was that Calistoga shops all close early, but there are plenty of good restaurants.

Wine Country conveniencePosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was perfectly comfortable and located right in the heart of prime wine tasting. Free breakfast, nothing fancy, but quite adequate. The hotel staff was very nice and the price was great!

Wonderful Value HotelPosted Aug 21, 2013
Pros: Freshly made waffles and yogurt in the morning and the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room all sourced from the Calistoga natural springs.
Cons: It would be nice if the pool area stayed open until 11pm or midnight.
Location: You can walk to the downtown to eat dinner or have a drink. You can walk to a great little winery called Lava Vine, highly recommended!
This hotel gives you the most for your money, with breakfast included and access to the pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious and the rooms away from the road have balconies overlooking empty space and mountains.

Very nice hotelPosted Aug 20, 2013
Location: We were there for a spa day. But there is also the petrified forest and the old geyser.
The pool area is great and they provide towel just for the pool. Breaksfast was good including eggs and sausages. A nice outside terrace to have your breakfast. 3 minutes driving from the center of Calistoga.
