Near NapaPosted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Near Napa
Cons: Was not told that there was construction underway.
Location: Good location near Napa, however did not like the 24-hour Texas Hold-em being located right next door.
Front staff very friendly and Waitress in restaurant very friendly and helpful.

It was good experience. We stayed for 2 nights. Didn't have any problem. Building looked little old but was not bad.

ConvenientPosted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: Convenience, friendly staff, and moderately priced.
Cons: The restaurant was a little dreary, but the food was good.
Location: Not much near by, however it is 9 miles south and easily accessible to Napa, which has many fine restaurants.
The hotel is conveniently located for tours of the wine country. It is clean, pleasant and secure.

Nice hotel - a short drive to downtown NapaPosted Jun 23, 2015
Enjoyed the older hotel but too much room fragrance. It overwhelmed me but the windows opened to nice lagoon. The restaurant was very good especially the buffet breakfast. The waiter, Zaire, was very attentive and friendly.

Nice hotelPosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Location, breakfast, courteous and helpful staff.
Cons: No improvements needed. Keep up the good work.
Location: Conveniently located for day trips to Napa wineries.
We had a nice room with a sliding door that opened to a patio overlooking the hotel's pond, The front desk staff was nice and attentive to our needs. They greeted us with Double Tree's traditional warm chocolate chip cookies. Hotel's restaurant had excellent breakfast, Napa wineries and some excellent restaurants are located within easy driving distances from this hotel's location. So we were able to enjoy wine tasting and fine cuisine during our stay at this hotel.. Next time we visit the Napa area we will stay at this Double Tree hotel.

Horrible stayPosted Jun 8, 2015
I paid extra for a "lagoon view" and I did not get that. The room was very dirty and I woke up itchy every day. Would not recommend to anyone.

Napa adjacentPosted May 26, 2015
Cons: More towels in the room
Location: Napa, Sonoma, and Yountville wineries
The perfect Napa adjacent hotel to rest your head after a booze filled day. Pool and hot tub was a nice touch. As was the check in cookies that were delicious! Also, their breakfast buffet was very tasty served along with Starbucks coffee to start your wine train day!

Comfortable RoomPosted May 26, 2015
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Keep staff at the front desk during morning hours.
Location: Not a lot to do directly nearby, but Napa Valley and all it offers is just a few miles away.
I chose this hotel based on location and price for a Memorial Day weekend. The price was reasonable given the options in Napa were nearly twice as expensive. The property itself is set up with a detached lobby / business center from the rooms buildings. This wasn't an issue for me. I requested a room on the 2nd floor at check in and navigated with property easily. The carpet for the stairs was visibly worn and a little dirty. My room was clean and well appointed with relatively new furniture. I ordered room service one evening (hamburger and fries) which arrived in 20 minutes, hot and delicious. My towels were refreshed daily and my room was made up nicely each day. When I went to check out at 6:00AM, there was no one at the desk and the security guard said the front desk clerk has just left and might be back in a few minutes. I just left my key at the desk and left because I didn't know how long he would be gone.
