Napa Visit

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: Great customer service, cleanliness and convenience.
Cons: Nothing at this time.
Location: Outlet shopping, wine tasting, sight seeing....
I travel for business to the Napa market and had never ventured outside of Napa proper. I was looking for a change and something just a little more affordable when I happened across Fairfield Inn and Suites. I was pleased with the ease of check in and the comfort and cleanliness if my room, it was unfortunate that I was there for only one evening. My next trip into the area will be in February and I know exactly where to stay......thank you.

Too expensive, noisy

Posted Oct 27, 2014
For $296 / night (including tax) we did expect more. The suite looked cheap, at this price the bathroom should have at least tile on the walls but not paper. The breakfast was ok, would have been good to have some cream cheese, ham or sausage or bacon, we are not big fans of hamburgers. The breakfast area is small, we had to wait for about 10 minutes and "hunt" for a table. Also the room was located just above the front desk and breakfast area and the noise woke us up at 7 am. Overall I'd say that at $100 (maybe $150) I'd have no issues but at $250 (+ plus tax) was way too expensive for what it offered. You don't always get what you pay for.

Not the place to pick

Posted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Nothing in particular
Cons: The elevator, the room decor and the breakfast.
Location: Napa Valley - the wine train and winery visits
If the hotels are full up around Napa then this is an option worth considering, but for those on vacation it is much better to go on to Napa and look there.

It is great to receive and discuss your warm comments regarding our hotel. The location of our hotel really allows you to access all areas of the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. It is nice to see that you had a chance to do so! Cordially,

Overpriced

Posted Aug 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Napa is over all much overpriced. Go to K&L wines in San Francisco for wines instead. Beautiful view thou. Hotel was just as an average hotel, nothing extra or fancy, located couple of miles south of Napa.

Close and convenient to the amusement park.

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Pool towels should be available at pool site instead of having to get them from the front desk and then being requested to return them to front desk.
Location: Very close to the amusement park - plenty of restaurants nearby.
The front desk staff and housekeeping personnel were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Nice Hotel

Posted Aug 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our room had lots of space. We appreciated the extra sitting room with TV and the fold out sofa bed. The "kitchenette" was really great. Room was clean. Room was a little worn and bathroom was very plain and basic, but was clean. Beds were nice. Did not like how you had to check out and return pool towels at front desk. Not convenient. Breakfast was your typical free breakfast. Not great, but it was included with stay. Liked free and easy to connect to WIFI. Overall we had a nice 2 night stay.
