The staff at front desk is always THE BEST! They are attentive and friendly. The rooms could use a refresher. There were ants in my room and the internet was not working very good. Overall though the location is great and again, the staff is a 10!!!

great place 5 out of 5. staff was help and friendly both at check in and check out. complimentary breakfast was pretty good eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt and fruit perfect for the kids and adults. room was clean and pool conveniently indoors. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our last minute trip with the family

Room was OK for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean overall and had no issues with ants or bugs. Bathroom was meh - was not as clean as it could've been, and smelled musty. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores. We felt very safe in the area. Pool was out of order the entire 4 days we were there. No reason why. Super bummed about that. Breakfast was very basic and the same every day. No fresh pastries, basic fruit. FYI - room doors are on the outside of the property. This wasn't clear to me in the photos, and could be a deal breaker to some. Would stay again if the pool was in service.

The initial impression was not good but Staff quickly fixed the broken toilet handle. I was able to get the closet doors to work right with just a few minutes effort. Buffet was nice.

The hotel was extremely clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delightful scent in the room upon entering. It was spacious and cozy, with a very convenient location close to restaurants and markets within walking distance. Despite initial concerns about parking, we encountered no issues. Although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we passed by while others were dining and it looked good. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth it. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. This will be my go-to hotel when I return to Napa.

We had a ant problem couldn’t even leave our food out long enough to eat it before it was covered in ants. We were moved to the room right next door and of course had the same problem and it smelt life cigarettes in the room also toilets kept clogging up for no reason. Hotel wasn’t accommodating due to our issues and we will not stay here again.

The location is not the best it is on a main highway and the door was not tight fighting so you could hear tons of traffic wizzing by at night! The hot tub was not clean - in fact dark black idk what was getting into the bubbles - we got out quick and showered right away - disappointing since the Wyndham name is attatched :((

The double Queen room that me and my aunt stayed in was so nice and roomy, all of the shopping center and stores across the street was so convenient. And ofcourse this hotel was close to a number of wineries! I’d definitely stay again when I get back to Nap.
