Our check in wasn't the greatest. The young staff person had to call owners for the questions we had. One question was getting wine glasses for our room!. The owners redeemed themselves with incredible breakfasts! I gave comfort a lower score because the room was dark and not enough lighting, no bottled water offered and no in-room coffee pot. The building and gardens need a lot of work.

Great B&B

Posted Oct 4, 2014
Pros: Everything.
Cons: The only opportunity was the airflow in our room. It was one of the better rooms but with no windows, or humidifier.
Location: The Pink Mansion is centrally located to the Silverado Trail and the main routes to all of Napa Valley and Sonoma. Great location with great views.
Wonderful staff, services, very clean, and a very close walk into downtown Calistoga. The owners and other guests were gracious, interesting and fun to talk with. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic B&B for a luxury stay

Posted Sep 16, 2014
My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Pink Mansion during our honeymoon. The location is fantastic - we loved Calistoga and found plenty of great activities nearby (bicycle wine tours, mud baths, great restaurants). The Mansion itself is beautiful - traditionally decorated and very comfortable and clean. The lovely pool and hot tub were an added bonus and a great way to relax. We stayed in the Wine Suite, which was very spacious (set over 2 floors) and beautifully decorated. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were outstanding! We would definitely recommend the Pink Mansion and would stay again without hesitation.

Perfect Stay!

Location: wine tasting, mud baths, bike rides, hiking, dining
My husband and I stayed at the Pink Mansion in September for a wedding we were attending in the area. We reserved the Wine Room and had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. We loved the room - it was large and comfortable with a private entrance and parking area which made it easy to get in and out. The property is in a great location. We were able to walk to town and easily get to the wineries and other area attractions. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of bike riding and took advantage of the wine hour one evening as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. We felt like welcome guests in someones home. The breakfasts each morning were amazing. It was a real treat to stay there and we home ope to come back again soon!

Pros: The breakfasts are sumptuous ! The grounds are quite pretty. Bring your suit for a dip or Jacuzzi. They offer wine each eve from 5:30 to 6:30.
Location: Wineries. Farmers Market. Wine Tours. Restaurants. Wineries ! Shops.
Comfortable & calm ambiance. Lovely old house & antiques. Very nice couple running (& owning) it. Our room was large enough ("Wine Room") to have 2 couples over to visit after dinner.

Quiet luxury in Calistoga

We spent 3 nights at the Pink Mansion. We were upgraded for the third night at no cost to a suite because the owner is really nice and new it was our wedding anniversary. If you like antique furniture and a quiet place to relax in the North end of the Napa, I completely recommend the Pink Mansion.

Great experience!

Tapa and his wife were gracious, warm hosts to my two girlfriends and me on our birthday weekend trip. The place was quaint and clean with good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was delicious, and downtown Calistoga was an easy walk away. I recommend bringing your own toiletries and hair dryer as those provided are pretty basic. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Very nice B&B right near everything in Calistoga.

We really enjoyed staying a the Pink Mansion. Other than getting made fun of at the border for staying @ the Pink Mansion (periods couldn't get over the name), our stay was without question awesome. We stayed in room #4 - which has an extra bed as well as a huge separated room with a 1920s feel to it. The staff were super nice, the room/facilities were super clean and the breakfast they made for us was very yummy (decadent French toast). The PM is also close to Lincoln avenue which has a number of restaurants and shops. This is where to really go out at night in Calistoga. since there are like absolutely no cabs in the city, it was nice to be able to walk to get some food and drink.
