“Will definitely stay here again.”

When we first checked in we thought it was a little dated, but the experience just kept getting better. Room was smaller than use to, but the beds and pillows are really comfortable, probably the best nights sleep we have had in a hotel. They use the "Sleep Number" mattresses. It has a great outside bar/restaurant that has live music, it is right on the inner harbor area, great view. Short walking distance to a couple of other bars in the Bayfront Village. Only complaint was that we could hear the traffic in the streets (we were on the street side). You have to drive to the beach, which is pretty normal for any place you stay in Naples, but only at the other end of Fifth Ave. The hotel has a very nice outdoor pool and hot tub though. We travel to Naples once or twice a year and will definitely stay here again.

Area recommendations

Fifth Ave is good area to stay in. Lots of shopping at boutique stores/large selection of restaurants. Beaches are accessible from the end of most streets.

“"Look forward to returning"”

I enjoyed my stay at the Bayfront Inn very much. The only negative aspect of my stay was that the toilet continued to run after after it was flushed. It was reported but never fixed. Keeping the bathroom door closed muffled the sound. I was offered another room or I could keep my same room and the toilet would be fixed the next mornjing. I kept my room, however, the toilet was not fixed.

Shopping

Shopping is excellent in Naples, Florida. There area variety of stores to choose from, and this includes the many stores in the nearby mall, as well as national chains and upscale stores.

Dining

There are so many wonderful eating establishments in Naples, from casual to elegant dining.

Outdoors or beach

White sand beaches, exotic shells, and aqua-marine water. The beaches were so clean.

“It was Nice for the $”

We stayed in a room facing the parking lot. There was a malfunctioning light, window shade was ragged and torn, and there was a crack in the ceiling. However, the hotel is 2 blks from 5th Street, across the street from Tin City and down the street from the Naples Zoo. We did enjoy the live entertainment that was provided. The good balanced out the bad.

“LOVED THE CONVENIENCE”

GREAT SPOT - CLOSE TO BAYFRONT, TIN CITY AND DOWNTOWN. FREE PARKING WAS VERY CONVENIENT. ONLY NEGATIVE - THEY HAVE A BEAUTIFUL BAR/PATIO AREA, BUT THE BAR CLOSES AT 9 P.M. ON A FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS, THIS IS WAY TOO EARLY. WE HAD TO WALK TO BAYFRONT FOR COCKTAILS AFTER 9. OTHERWISE THE PLACE WAS PERFECT.

Outside, the hotel was 'grand', with a great view of the bay. Inside, the room was like a closet. I had expected a little more.

“Terrific Hotel close to everything”

We loved this hotel! Beds were extremely comfortable, service was terrific and very child friendly yet luxurious! It was on the bay, yet very close to shopping and restaurants and other activities (boating etc.). You can tell, we loved it enough to go back.

Area recommendations

Very close to 5th Avenue in Naples which has lots of shopping and to the Naples Pier/ocean. This hotel is within walking distance of Tin City and other shopping, restaurants and water activities.

Outdoors or beach

While in Naples, you have to go to the Naples Pier on the ocean to watch the dolphins. Also, you should have breakfast (or cocktails) on Fifth Avenue with it's quaint shops and restaurants.
