Very convenient location.

Posted May 20, 2015
Pros: The staff is great.
Cons: Rooms are good but could stand to be refreshed and brightened up.
Location: Tin City (Pure Naples, Monkey Bread, Wine shop, Candy shops, ice cream shop, restaurants, gifts) Bayfront (EJ's for breakfast)
This is the second time we stayed here. Last year we had a Bayfront view, this year a City view. The Bayfront view is excellent. The City view is much more noisy which may be due to construction going on across the street.

Rude staff and small room

Posted May 14, 2015
The staff was not very helpful upon check in. The girl was extremely rude and didn't seem to want to be bothered. The room was handicap accessible so the shower was a hand held and we could not use it comfortably because we were taller than the shower head. The bed was also uncomfortable and really small for a queen. They also advertise breakfast until 11:30 but there isn't any breakfast at that time. The hotel was very close to all the shops so that was the only plus. Not worth the money though.

close to tin city

Posted May 6, 2015
Pros: the hotel was very clean and comfortable, in a good location
Cons: it said studio room with city view, we overlooked waste ground, and car park, city view should be removed from description.
Location: Tin city shopping, restaurant close by, Naples Zoo, worth a visit and beach about mile away
we would visit again, we noticed when booking a $20 fee for fridge and microwave each, all the other hotels we stayed in which were cheaper had these as part of the room, so we did without these during our stay. staff were nice, location was good

Charming inn on the water. Great location.

Stayed for 6 nights and found the inn to be comfortable and in a great location. Enjoyed having drinks and meals on the terrace and enjoying the water view.

Beautiful outdoor restaurant and bar.

Posted Apr 26, 2015
We really enjoyed our stay. Erica the concierge was so wonderful. Long, hot walk to the beautiful beach though. Nice walk to historic district with all the great restaurants. Nice pool and really good food at the beautiful outdoor bar with its great view. Will be back.

nice enough

Posted Apr 25, 2015
The hotel was in a great location next to the water and street trolley, marina, a few restaurants, water sport rentals, and some shopping. The room was small but comfortable & overall appearance very nice. A few issues: the front desk never smiled, simply seeming overworked but not very helpful or attentive in general. The service was very slow, the carpet in my room felt wet, the shower curtain had mold. Housekeeping didn't come until my daughter was napping at 2 and ended up skipping my room day 1, but did a great job day 2. The cookies in the lobby were great and the restaurant food was ok most of the time but again, very slow. I would recommend EJs across the street- they were awesome! Overall, I had a decent experience but their was a gloomy vibe to the hotel I can't put my finger on.

Close to everything

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: There was nothing not to like.
Cons: Nothing
Location: The location was very centrally located. We were very close to downtown area, zoo and Naples Pier.
When we arrived we were met at the front desk by very friendly staff. The room was spotless and very updated. Everything we needed for our 2 night stay was available. There were lots of shops an restaurants close by and and very nice view of the bay.

Location was terrific.

Posted Apr 21, 2015
This hotel is very convenient to dining, shopping and the beach. With an underpass to Tin City (which has many boutiques, dining , etc), it was a nice walk. The gift shops were outstanding and unique.

Pros: Very comfortable bed.
Cons: Furnishings dated, pool towels very rough
Location: Close to shopping and dining on 5th Ave. but not really close enough to walk to in the heat of the day.
Decent place to stay for the price. Staff was friendly.
