No room servicePosted Jun 23, 2015
They show at the reservation that they do have room service. You also have a food menu at your room. But it's a lie. Doesn't have it at all

DisappointingPosted Jun 21, 2015
The hotel lobby, restaurant, outside bar and pool areas are nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. The first disappointment was that this hotel does not have a complementary breakfast nor have refrigerators in their rooms (they are available for an extra charge). The biggest disappointment was my room. I had a single room with queen bed. When I entered the room it was dark and dingy. I had to turn on every lamp to see. The bathroom had a pedestal sink instead of a vanity so I could not unpack any of my toiletries and it made blow drying my hair a challenge. The decor was drab and in need of a makeover.

Small Hotel, Rooms and BathroomPosted May 26, 2015
Even though the hotel looks old from the outside, the interior has been redone and has an updated look to it. The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller but for what we needed the hotel was great. The beds were very confortable too.

Breakfast serversPosted May 25, 2015
Breakfast servers were so bad, we ordered a coffee with our breakfast buffets, we had to asked for coffee a few times and 4 servers behind the bar did not pay attention to their customers. .. we were not the only people had to come to the bar to get their attention, few other people had to do the same thing and the place wasn't over crowed... management needs to look into this matter

Very convenient location.Posted May 20, 2015
Pros: The staff is great.
Cons: Rooms are good but could stand to be refreshed and brightened up.
Location: Tin City (Pure Naples, Monkey Bread, Wine shop, Candy shops, ice cream shop, restaurants, gifts) Bayfront (EJ's for breakfast)
This is the second time we stayed here. Last year we had a Bayfront view, this year a City view. The Bayfront view is excellent. The City view is much more noisy which may be due to construction going on across the street.

Rude staff and small roomPosted May 14, 2015
The staff was not very helpful upon check in. The girl was extremely rude and didn't seem to want to be bothered. The room was handicap accessible so the shower was a hand held and we could not use it comfortably because we were taller than the shower head. The bed was also uncomfortable and really small for a queen. They also advertise breakfast until 11:30 but there isn't any breakfast at that time. The hotel was very close to all the shops so that was the only plus. Not worth the money though.

close to tin cityPosted May 6, 2015
Pros: the hotel was very clean and comfortable, in a good location
Cons: it said studio room with city view, we overlooked waste ground, and car park, city view should be removed from description.
Location: Tin city shopping, restaurant close by, Naples Zoo, worth a visit and beach about mile away
we would visit again, we noticed when booking a $20 fee for fridge and microwave each, all the other hotels we stayed in which were cheaper had these as part of the room, so we did without these during our stay. staff were nice, location was good

Charming inn on the water. Great location.Posted Apr 29, 2015
Stayed for 6 nights and found the inn to be comfortable and in a great location. Enjoyed having drinks and meals on the terrace and enjoying the water view.

Beautiful outdoor restaurant and bar.Posted Apr 26, 2015
We really enjoyed our stay. Erica the concierge was so wonderful. Long, hot walk to the beautiful beach though. Nice walk to historic district with all the great restaurants. Nice pool and really good food at the beautiful outdoor bar with its great view. Will be back.

nice enoughPosted Apr 25, 2015
The hotel was in a great location next to the water and street trolley, marina, a few restaurants, water sport rentals, and some shopping. The room was small but comfortable & overall appearance very nice. A few issues: the front desk never smiled, simply seeming overworked but not very helpful or attentive in general. The service was very slow, the carpet in my room felt wet, the shower curtain had mold. Housekeeping didn't come until my daughter was napping at 2 and ended up skipping my room day 1, but did a great job day 2. The cookies in the lobby were great and the restaurant food was ok most of the time but again, very slow. I would recommend EJs across the street- they were awesome! Overall, I had a decent experience but their was a gloomy vibe to the hotel I can't put my finger on.
