I like the atmosphere it was laid back and peaceful. I'm not sure that I like the check in process. We checked in via internet. That was the first time I have experienced this.

OK motel for the price. I did not like checking in at the kiosk with a gentleman somewhere in the world. Very impersonal. Room did not have a bathtub.

This property seemed to constantly be “under construction” and had a worker painting around the lobby nonstop. Parking was extremely inconvenient and several work trucks monopolized the parking. The virtual front desk was new but a good experience.

Check-in was with a kiosk not an actual person. The room was run down and needed some improvements. It had a humidifier running in it that filled up in the middle of the night. The connecting door to the room next to us was missing the dead bolt and only had the chain lock holding it shut.

There were children running up and down the isles until 1130 at night screaming and hollering and nobody to talk to nobody complain because nobody speaks English there. If you want to say something you have to talk to a machine and you still can’t understand the guy that’s talking to you Would not recommend this place or anybody ice machines were completely broken. I asked the lady she had on floor three and floor one and I go to both floors and they’re both broken in the kitchen and they said that they didn’t have ice.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I also loved the lemonade and snacks offered at the front desk. What I did not love was being checked in by someone on a screen. I would have much preferred a check in person. This new check in process was very slow and there was a line up all the time(nothing against the person at the other end located who knows where. The other negative was the breakfast coffee. It only dispensed a little bit at a time so you had to keep pressing the button and you could not just hold it fown.

There was a mixup about my reservation. Instead of resolving the problem, I was told to wait until after 3pm when I could book a new reservation. In the meantime, I was forced out of my room from the previous night. I was not alone, I met another guest with the SAME PROBLEM at the front desk. He was told to wait by the pool! We had to negotiate for our own rooms back. FORGOT TO MENTION, PLENTY OF ROOMS AVAILABLE........HOTEL WAS NOT BOOKED FULL!!! How ridiculous!

There is nobody at the counter, it is a virtual clerk from abroad; it works but it is so impersonal. Since nobody is there, it also does not feel safe, anybody can walk in and go unnoticed. No water provided, no safe. Internet slow enough where no streaming service could be used at all.

The check in on property was via a kiosk, which I did not like. Also, later when I was in the room and needed assistance, there were no instructions on how to contact the front desk using the phone. Once I learned to dial 0, still one ever answered. I ended up walking down the front desk...where once again I could only contact someone via the kiosk.

First, our door to the room was broke. The bolt lock cap on the outside was missing. The bolt lock didn’t lock from the inside and the peep hole was stuffed with a kleenex because it was also broken. The door looked like it was dented in and they covered it with paint. Why they didn't fix the rest of the door is crazy. The front desk was a computer system, like you were on zoom, and the people were from India. You cannot make this stuff up..... there was no security to get into the building at any given hour as well so it's no wonder there could have been a break in. It was very unsafe conditions. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I never write reviews, but this is for your safety. I am asking for a refund of my money, however do not know how to get ahold of expedia for this.

Service extremely lacking, no physical person on site to help with issues. Anyone could walk in at anytime without being a paying guest at anytime, not safe. TV had very poor connection, could not watch due to buffering. Ice machine not working. So much noise from air conditioning and dehumidifier in room could not sleep. Shower head had leak and sprayed all over the bathroom making the floor extremely slippery. Tried for 2 hours to get help to correct issues, no one picked up the phone ( signs posted stating, call zero for assistance there is someone on site 24/7). Asked for help from the gentleman on the kiosk, he told us he would call someone and have them get back with us, we are still waiting. There is more but I will only say I would not recommend spending your money at this location.
