Excellent hotel close to the train stationPosted Oct 29, 2014
Pros: Very clean and accommodating
Cons: I found no fault with the hotel
Location: I chose this hotel as it was close to the train station and also breakfast was included with the rate.
I chose this hotel as it was my first visit to Naples and the location was ideal. Every thing about the hotel was great and I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel for just 1 or 2 nightsPosted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Close to the train station
Cons: Staff attendant has not any customer service skill. I chose this hotel thinking the service was the same I receive in US but I was disappointed.
Location: Hotel is not in the best location, a lot of garbage on streets. Walking late at night is not safe.
It is close to the train station which is convenience if you travel to Rome or the Amalfi Coast. Room was quiet, clean and has good comfort. Locations is not the best.

the hotel is closed to the railway stationPosted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: I could not say. some people in the reception are nice some others very rude...
Cons: anything has to be improved. I would advise Expedia to be careful in choosing hotels to advertise.
Location: the only good thing is the proximity of the hotel to the main railway station. Again watch out for the pick pockets...
I was disappointed by the fact that a travel note book disappeared from my room and nobody could find it?! the town is divided in two sides, downtown very dirty and up town or residential area very clean and nice. Watch out for the pick-pockets in public busses. they would do any tricks to distract a person before attacking from behind. I caught one when tried with two fingers to pick my coin's little purse. Police can not do anything about it.

Only ok.Posted Aug 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was generally clean yet bathroom is tiny, bath tub is small and dated, no power points near the bed for charging mobiles, wifi was weak, in-house breakfast was bad and breakfast staff were generally obnoxious and rude with little comprehension of customer service. Also it's stupid to ask people to queue up and wait for breakfast when there are plenty of tables with just 1 person sitting by themselves... most people wouldn't mind sharing. Otherwise just get a room full of small single tables and chairs lol... this hotel is in a somewhat grubby and rough area, so I suggest you be diligent whilst walking about outside. Not the Best for a Best Western... maybe it's the Last Western ;)

Exam with sleeping..Posted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: servive and cleanness
Cons: Unfortunately there is nothing much they can do.
Location: Piazza Garibaldi, terrible location.
Everything about the hotel was good. The problem is the location. A night bazaar set up just in front of the hotel and people were shouting all night long.

Good hotel near central station.Posted Jul 27, 2014
Location: The area around the hotel/central station is a little downmarket. There are some very good value pizza restaurants around but limited choice otherwise
Good location waling distance (250m) from Central Station. Room was well decorated and clean.

Comfortable roomPosted Jun 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was just as good as any good 3* hotel in England, and was a haven from the poor surroundings of the immediate neighbourhood. The only criticism is there was no in-room tea/coffee making facilities as advertised, which was largely why we picked this hotel in particular.
