A good hotel in a bad location

The hotel itself is fine, but it's not the most convenient location. The metro is several blocks away if you want to get into the city centre (or taxi ride that will cost between 10 and 55 euros, depending on your driver). The restaurant has pretty good food for dinner.

This hotel is not for tourists. It is outside of Naples and is expensive to get around. There is a metro nearby but walking there is unsafe and very dirty. Great pool, but it closed everyday at 600pm. No English spoken so very hard to get information. Hotel is beautiful, area is not.

Good if you must stay in this area of Naples.

Pros: Clean hotel, and clean room. It does have a restaurant and a pool. Nice little pool bar.
Cons: Very inhospitable staff
Location: The hotel is clean and kept, if dated. The surrounding area of the city reminds one of the projects in Harlem. Disgusting!
Wi-fi worked for about a day, and when things break in Italy, they pretty much stay broken. If you are American, you can expect to be treated as a tolerated inconvenience. (too many examples to even list). In this respect one would do better staying in the historic district where tourist dollars are appreciated. The hotel is quite dated but clean, and the pool is well maintained. The area around the hotel is disgusting. The hotel being the only part of this area without the appearance of the projects in Chicago, but in fairness, the people want nothing to do with you anyway, so you won't be bothered. The price of food at the hotel is quite high for low quality grub, just brave the enormous amount of trash that litters all sidewalks and go to a local place, better quality and lower price. Taxis are readilly available and it is not expensive to move about, but it is 40 euro to and from airport (plus or minus 5). I've been to Naples a few times, and will most likely not return here based on this last trip.
