We arrived to the hotel for check in around 10pm, everything was ok during the check-in process, taking the elevators, walking down the hallway to the room everything was fine, as soon as we opened the door the air and smell hit us on the face, Weed/Marihuana smell (however you want to call it) we called immediately the front desk to complain about it and they asked us if we wanted to change rooms, you need to know that we were carrying our two children asleep, 1 toddler and a baby so we decide to stay in, we were so tired. We went into the room and the smell seemed to dissipate close to the windows, when the cleaning lady arrived and opened the door to apply the air spray to eliminate the odor she was in shock as how strong the smell was… The next morning when we try to turn the TV ON, it wasnt working. This experience ruined our stay at the hotel, we wont be coming back and our friends will hear about this hopefully so they can decide if they choose to stay here or go somewhere else.

The hotel is dated and the carpets need updating. That said, it’s a good budget hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Even though it is adjacent to an interstate and its exit ramps, this hotel proved to have excellent staff, service, rooms, and breakfast.

We liked having a balcony that overlooked the pool and the staff was nice and seemed to be cleaning a lot. That being said, our room smelled like mildew I tried my best to keep the temp low without making my baby cold hoping to keep humidity down, the dresser smelled so musty we couldn’t use it or it would’ve made our clothes stink horribly so we lived out of trash bags for 11 days.

Very nice, clean facility. Good, hot breakfast. Large, warm pool with hot tub was very relaxing. Nice little pond with ducks and turtles onsite.

Well breakfast was the best part. Great fresh food cooked perfect. Unfortunately only w clothes dryers available and they were busy all day. Also some gym equipment was broken.

Carpet in room(s) should be removed. The hotel could use to be brightened and updated just a bit. But overall, for its age, it's a very good place to stay. About as expected. No issues.

El hotel en general esta en muy buenas condiciones, limpio, de fácil acceso, alumbrado, incluyen en el precio el desayuno que esta muy bueno, pero el personal de la reception hacen trabajo EXPECTACULAR, hemos estado dos veces y hemos tenido la dicha que nos atienda Claudia, esa muchacha se merece un reconocimiento a su excelente trabajo.

Very guest friendly property. Very well staffed. The buffet breakfast was very good and very well stocked with a good variety. The room was quiet with minimal noise or sounds from adjacent rooms or rooms on the above floor. Exercise room and pool were very clean and well maintained. I stayed for 6 nights and one could tell that this hotel has good management.
