“Very pleasant stay”

I enjoyed having a full kitchen, access to the beach and surrounding stores and restaurants.

“conveniant location tennis and beach in one!”

we wanted a resonable place near the beach and got it The beach is within walking distance and the clay courts are free to use if you rent on site . Friendly older crowd played mostly doubles ,if you go call ahead to get your name on the board to schedule a match. Renting through expedia included all cleaning fees for us but there was still a resort tax for the week

“Great place for mature travellers.”

This is a quiet, friendly resort. There are two pools (unheated) and lots of tennis courts. Plenty of interesting places for walking, including the beach, just across the road. The weather wasn't suitable for swimming or sunbathing while we were there, but we had a great relaxing time. Our studio condo was well equipped, and recently renovated. There is a wireless hub in the main building, but take your laptop.

“Exceeded my expectations”

Well located and friendly. Like having your own home at the beach with all the amenities of a resort. I will definitely plan to stay there next trip.

“bonita spring experience”

property has wonderful, easy access to the beach; to all amenities (especially the tennis courts); and to three exceptional restaurants: The Bonita Breeze, Doc's Beach House, and Coconut jack's---all within walking distance

“Was a nice place to stay but probably won't go back. It was a great price though.”

The condo resort wasn't bad. It did take them 2 days to try to fix our t.v. and then get us switched to another room. This was 2 out of our 5 night stay. The first room was o.k but didn't feel really comfortable there. The second room was nicer and felt homier. The price and location worked out great for us. We are just more used to actual hotel and the service you get there vs. individually owned condos. I would recommend this but it just isn't for me.

“Looks aren't everything.”

These vacation units are privately owned and rented out. We expected a typical time share set up with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc, but each unit is really a small studio type apartment. The furnishing in the unit we had were very, very outdated, but everything was clean. There are coin-operated laundry facilities, a restaurant, and 2 pools on site, but the best ammenity is that the beach is directly across the street. This was by far the closest to the beach for the price, and exactly where we wanted to be in the area. Plus, having a kitchen was important to us to accommodate our 15-month old, due to the length of our stay. We will definatly consider staying here again if the price is similar.

“"You can do better"”

Pool only open till 10pm and for residents only. No 24 hr. staff, Guy at front desk was very impolite and it was quite obvious he didn't really care about our 4 day stay. During our stay we asked for a roll of toilet paper and he would not give us one. When you go to a new location and are unfamiliar with your surroundings and are exhausted then you have to deal with someone unpleasant it kind of ruins the whole visit. I believe customer service should come first and if your looking for that don't stay at this place!!

“Do not stay if you're under 65 years old”

Although it does not say in the description, this is a retirement condo community. The pillow shams had stains, the air conditioner died, the bathroom was filthy, and they were playing bingo at 8pm in the "lobby" with no one at the desk in the evening. We expected 3 star accomodations, and it was 1 star. We felt extremely out of place because we are in our 30's. We checked out immediately the next morning to find new accomodations.
