This was a return visit, to a lovely location. The 'resort' had everything we needed and the people were always friendly and polite. The reception staff were very helpful when we needed advice. The club house was very useful as a bolt hole and library, as we had some rain, and bad afternoon were glad to just sit and watch the bay life go by. The suite was imaculate and we made good use of all the extras on offer. We enjoyed a good meal at 'The Dock' at Crayton Cove which was in walking distance so able to have a bottle of wine as well. Whole area feels safe and was well maintained

Great amenities with homelike comforts. Convenient to everything you need. An easy walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Nice place to stayPosted May 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
This is a nice property that is well located on a waterway near the coast. We enjoyed the view (2nd floor) from our screened-in lanai despite having a lot of rain. The free bicycle rental made for an enjoyable ride to the beach and to 5th Avenue for breakfast. It was also nice to have a washer-dryer and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Our guests were disappointed that the 2nd room had separate beds...and that the pull-out sleeper in the living area wasn't very comfortable, but they survived. Our master suite was comfortable. The only other knock I'd have (pretty minor), is that the sound seems to carry a bit from one unit to the next. But I would go back to this property without hesitation.

Wonderful vacation!Posted Jun 14, 2011 on Hotels.com
Charter Club of Naples Bay is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone who works there was professional, polite, friendly, and courteous. Our room was immaculate and so spacious. We had everything we needed and then some. Wonderful floor plan with a great kitchen, dining room, bar, living room, master bedroom suite( walk-in closet!) , 2nd bedroom and bathroom, and a washer dryer! The screened balcony wS a treasure with great Bay views! Front bedroom can be noisy in the morning as there are many trucks traveling through the intersection in front of the property. Pool area is great and rules are clearly posted. Several guests ignored the posted rules but when brought to management's attention, they were dealt with immediately! We can't wait to go back again!!

Home away from HomePosted May 29, 2011 on Hotels.com
This is the 5th time we have stayed at the Charter Club in Naples. If you want a place which seems like your own apartment then it is ideal. The apartments are huge and equipped with everything you need; full kitchen, massive washing machine and dryer, TV. DVD. etc. They provide everything you need on arrival and then housekeeping will only come in to clean and change sheets and towels once every few days. So if you want "hotel" service and require clean linen everyday, it may not suit you, but if you want to relax and be left peacefully in your own home away from home - it is absolutely ideal. There is a nice tiki bar and pool, but if you want restaurants and gym facilities within a hotel complex, better look elsewhere. Mary and Dana in the office couldn't be more helpful. For a very short stay it is probably more space and less service than you might want, but for 10 days or 2 weeks which we have spent here each time, it is ideal to be able to eat on your balcony when you don't want to go to a restaurant. We very quickly settle in here as though it is our own second home. We highly recommend it.

Close to everything "Naples".Posted Feb 2, 2011
Very pleased with our overall stay. They had bikes, helmets, video and kids' fishing poles and tackle boxes all to use for free. The decor of the unit was very pleasant. The Tiki Bar was great for a drink or lunch at the pool. We would definitely recommend it!

Better than expectedPosted Oct 8, 2010 on Hotels.com
I was going to my 40th high school reunion in Selinsgrove Pa. I tried to get a hotel room closer to Selinsgrove but because it was parent's day at 3 local colleges there were no rooms to be found. I went on line and Best Western of Danville had a room available. I've stayed at Best Westerns a long time ago and did not like them but I needed a room so I booked it. I was very surprised. The hotel was lovely. My room was very clean and the desk personal couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast was very good and all items were well stocked. The breakfast area was very clean. I would absolutely stay there again.
