Good value, convenient location.
Very convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. Rppm was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily The stairs are a killer but I'm an overweight 50+ smoker. My only complaint was the bed was VERY firm, too firm for me personally. If you sleep on your side and have large hips, your hips will end up feeling bruised. After spending my days doing a lot of walking, it would have been better to have comfy bed and a decent nights sleep.7/10

Perfect for short stay
2 minutes walk from main rail station it’s ideal for those wishing to stay for short while. Basic but cleaned every day & secure. My room had small balcony. Great vfm

Very close to the central station. The location is great and within walkable distance to all the tourists attractions. The room was average size. It is clean but looks a bit tired. However, given the price is great for a night with bathroom, I have no complain

Great location just a few minutes from Naples Central Train station. Spotlessly clean, fresh towels daily, air-con, friendly staff and manager/owner provided mobile number for any emergencies. Only challenges were it’s quite noisy outside and couldn’t get shower real hot. For the price it’s a bargain however and I’d definitely stay again.

Nothing to like, the sheets too small to cover the mattress, no mattress protector. The air condition is very noisy. Owner of the property regused to give kettle and cups for tea/coffee. No lift to 3rd floor, no soap in the bathroom. Toilet roll magically appeared on our last night

Review
The hotel is good for the price, room and bathroom were clean and they also cleaned it every day. We stayed for 7 days and had a good sleep, our own private bathroom and various other facilities. It had a TV with netflix, kettle and coffee/tea, a hairdryer, a safe for our passports and other valuables, wifi, a fridge and aircon/heating. Location was very good too, only 2 min walk to main station Garibaldi which was great for our trip to Pompeii and Amalfi. Did not have any problems with noise but our room was towards the inside court of the building so it was fairly quite, maybe rooms towards the road are a bit noisy. CONS- shower was very small and felt a bit uncomfortable for me, however it was clean. No toiletries, had to buy our own. No lift/elevator but it is only on the second floor so was not too bad. Area is not great, the location in relation to the station and city centre its very good but the area is a bit sketchy and run down. We did not particularly feel unsafe but it puts you off a little bit when walking back to the hotel. The rest of the main city its great tho. Rooms are a bit colourful and the pillow was a bit hard for my comfort but that is personal preference, in general I had a good sleep and felt well rested.

Amazing price for a central positioned hotel. But be warned it can be very noisy at times even during the night. Maybe get some earplugs to help out. Nothing amazing about the hotel but does the job efficiently. Would recommend as a no frills place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location for easy access to public transit and restaurants. It was easy to get to. This is a very busy part of the city with homeless people outside the train/bus station. They did not cause any problems. There were restaurants, grocery stores and small stores within 1 block. I had a private room that was a one bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The water pressure and hot water were awesome. My room was cleaned daily and there were 4 towels, and a separate heat/ac unit that I had full control of. My room number 20, was right by the front door and reception desk. Unfortunately the walls were thin and the phone ringing and people talking outside felt like they were in my room. It made me paranoid they could hear me. There were multiple wifi links but they cutout around 9pm and were weak in the room. I stayed 3 nights and was happy to call it my home base.

Cheap and cheeful!
The hotel was cheap and cheerful, a good base for a city break, you get what you pay for. The room was clean and tidy no issues there, cleaners came in every day and made the bed etc. Quirky decoration lol No shampoo/conditioner/shower gel is provided, only hand soap so bring your own. Netflix provided in various languages which was good. Thin bedding, is okay for summer but does get a bit chilly in March. Only one pillow was provided. One lightbulb was missing from one of the lamps, a safe is provided. Upon arrival, the staff explained the key mechanisms and such, friendly enough. It would be helpful for the reception staff to book taxis for guests, instead, they just give you a number for a taxi company, one was very good, spoke fluent English and was prompt. Unfortunately we struggled to communicate with the other taxi company provided (our fault as well for not speaking Italian lol!) but would have been helpful for the hotel to arrange. Right next to the central train station, so an excellent landmark to be near. Overall, a cheap hotel which worked well for our little city break

This hotel has a great location just a few yards from the main train station which you will be using while in Naples it is Central to everything. It was very noisy it was on a Main Street my stay there was just fine I had a balcony which I did enjoy

Great stay
Great room, very clean and comfortable with air con which was amazing in the heat. Had a cute little balcony for people watching too. Staff were very friendly. If im ever in Naples again I would book again

There was a woman shouting all night long in another room. Smell of cigarette smoke flowing into our room, coming from elsewhere. Bed was rather squeaky. But clean and staff are friendly.

i chose this hotel because of the price, which was reasonable, i chose the single room with shared bathroom, the room was basic but comfortable, i slept well, the area was very close to train station and airport bus, and also on the edge of the historical area, plenty of good pizzeria and pizza options close by, naples is a bit rough around the edges but in a way that gives it character anc chamr, i felt safe at al times- also the staff were nice

Unsafe Neighborhood!
Overall, the place inside is decent and the service was ok. BUT, this place is located in a very scary area. Thank God for the restaurant across the street, otherwise, we would have gone hungry for the night because we were scared to leave the hotel after dark! We paid for 2 nights and left as soon as we could early the next morning!! And it's a walk up, I think 3 flights of stairs, so if you have luggage, it's quite a haul.

Good location very near the station. Two flights off steps after a flight and bus ride were a little taxing but there is a lift down. Good value for a short stay

Good option when situation forces to stay in Naple
Our flight was late and we arrived at 10pm to central station for train to Sorrento. No matter that there were two departures indicated, I was told " no, signora, no trains for tonight". So got to think what to do as we were with my daughter-either to spend overnight in Naples or to take taxi ' for fixed 110€ " - all taxi drivers were trying to prove almost in screaming it by showing some sort of funny card of fixed prices ( btw, when i turned back with strict" no", "fixed price" dropped to 80€...). Calculated that Id rather pay less for the overnight stay and took this hotel which is just 3-5mins away by walking from the station, depends on how fast you are rather pay 80-110€ to get to Sorrento. It was easy to find, indication hangs from the main street. Hotel is on the 2nd ( actually the 3rd) floor. Guy which met us was very kind, have just good to say about him. Got room with shared bathroom for two and rested very comfy till early morning. Beddings were very clean even somewhat outdated already, but you understand you are not at Hiltons or similar. Bathroom clean, modern enough. We could enjoy view to main street of real Naples life in the early morning even we were in a hurry to chase our lost. So if situation would make me the same surprise next time( and in Italy everyone should be ready of such things what happened for us with " no trains"), would just head directly there for bed and pillow, which were comfy both.

Decent accom for the price. Local area is fairly dodgey. I wouldn't recommend it to someone alone wanting to come or go at night. Bed was not especially comfortable but everything was clean and staff were friendly and helpful
