Lower rating due to a tour group that strained resources. It was difficult to access the free breakfast (and meet a shuttle bus schedule) and the elevator wouldn't go to the 2nd floor as it was needed for first floor guests. Wanted 8 minutes

Propert was basic and overpriced for what was there. Staff was very accomodating. Had to shorten my stay and hotel policy was accomodating as well with no penalty. Very much appreciated.

The water pressure was amazing. The fear of being shanked not so much. The area around this hotel is really sketchy and not a lot of places to eat. Only place is in Train station.

Great location for transportation if you want to visit Pompeii, and some landmarks in Naples. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. Highly recommended.

The hotel was basic but the room was a good size for the rating. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good with a good range. The staff were great, gave us an early check in and were very helpful. Hotel is in a great location for the main train station and all transport to the airport and attractions around Naples.

We arrived late due to flight delays, we were only staying one night . I’m disappointed only because I would love to enjoy the hospitality Luca showed my daughter and I , travel weary from canada to Naples. We rearranged now to come back on our way home and eat family stile before leaving for home

We have no complaints about anything, everyone was so good and helpful especially one receptionist and unfortunately I don't know her name. She was so helpful we gave her a red rose.

Property is of good standard compared to it's location, being close to a main train station is brilliant. However, the dirty sidewalk, rubbish piles, unpleasant smell and numerous homeless sleeping rough is off putting.

The property had a disgusting bathroom with brown mold on the tiles. One elevator was not working. 3 police cars right in front of hotel with lots of homeless people who followed us to the train station. Horribly unsafe for families with small kids. Would not stay here again.

We really liked this hotel. Our room had a loft and the room was very well decorated in a nautical theme with a colourful tiled floor. The beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Spent 2 nights, great location walking distance to train & bus stops, staffs are nice & friendly Improve towels, no tissue box, window outside is not opening therefore missing natural light coming in therefore we felt suffocated.

This place was so loud at night with people constantly screaming both outside the hotel and up and down the hallways. The staff was ok, most of them were rude and unhelpful. Every time I walked out of the doors I was approached by a homeless person asking me for money or trying to talk to me. The only thing I enjoyed about this place was how close it was to the train station.

nice and comfortable room
It is comfortal stay with nice bedding, a newly remodeled bathroom, strong shower, quiet room. We didn't book breakfast or dinner. The room doesnt have kettle and refrigerator.

We had an overnight layover and wanted to sleep so went there literally just to sleep for 4 hours and then back to airport. Overall for the price was ok but the neighborhood is not good. Lots of homeless people. Our other hotel was by the pier and loved the location and views.

For the price I suppose it was ok. It would have been helpful to know that you needed a reservation for dinner in the restaurant. Wifi was not sufficient and our toilet needed repair. Staff was friendly. And it was convenient to the train so in all it was ok.
