Solid choice for NapoliPosted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice decor. Good breakfast.
Cons: The room carpet was badly stained and the TV was difficult to operate and at times the screen froze. Not what you would expect from a four star hotel.
Location: 10-15 minute walk to historic centre sights. 15 minutes walk from Central Station.10 minute walk to Vesuviana station(Porta Nolana) for Pompeii/ Herco
Decent hotel. Modern deco but room in need of a bit of TLC. Bar/restaurant not open weekends (our stay was in October).

Nice hotel but bad location.Posted Sep 7, 2013
Pros: Comfort was decent.
Cons: Staff could be more helpful.
Location: Location was close to the main train station, subway and port for ferries to Capri and Sorrento, however the area around hotel was dodgy.
Overall, the hotel was nice, and not a bad value for money, however the location is not in a great part of town. Although it is close to the port and main train station, the area isn't very welcoming to tourist.

Great value, great view, great locationPosted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is located on Naples Bay. It is a 10 min walk to the train station. Most of the sites in Naples are spread around and this hotel is a fairly central location. The room we had was a junior suite, which was quite inexpensive, that had a large private terrace with a view of the bay and the volcano. Simply amazing!! Breakfast was nice. The only negative I can say about this place was the Internet was expensive.

Modern hotelPosted Aug 4, 2013
Pros: Modern hotel, very helpful staff
Cons: Room had inadequate air conditioning
Location: Short walk to naples old down and port.
Modern hotel, very helpful staff and value for money. Only negative was that the room air conditioning was poor and as stayed when extremely hot in naples, room uncomfortable (opened window but on a very busy road that didn't become quiet during the night)

Naples hotelPosted Jul 2, 2013
Pros: Modern and tasteful
Location: Near the ports. Neighborhood surrounding hotel unpleasant.
The only concern with the hotel is location. If you are passing through or on business it would be fine. It is a nice small hotel in a not so nice location.

Naples don't do itPosted Jun 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
My daughter and I stayed in H2C Hotel Napoli on a Sunday. Who knew that Naples was closed on Sunday? The room we booked was a junior suite and was nicely proportioned and had a functional bathroom, there was also a large balcony area which was very pleasant once the sun had gone down. The negatives we experienced during our stay were as follows: The air con did not work The room had a disgusting musty smell The resturant only opened mon through Friday The staff did not seem to be aware of local surroundings and were unable to direct us to an open resturant when asked The mini bar was not fully stocked On a positive. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice On the basis of this trip I would never visit Naples again.

The perfect holiday experience at NaplesPosted May 6, 2013
Pros: friendly staff, the hotel was well maintained, good spread for breakfast
Cons: being on the main road , the traffic noise can be disturbing at times.
Location: Excellent location. It is situated among the residential buildings and gives one a good flavour of local living, yet not far from Chiaia restaurants
we had an enjoyable stay at the H2C hotel. I found the hotel is very strategically located close to the historical centre. One can easily get to the popular tourist Chiaia area by taxi for Euro 10 or the local bus for Eur 1.30. I liked the fact since the hotel was located among local residents it gives us a flavour of local living. The central railway station - Garibaldi is just a 15 minute walk and hence easy to get to destinations like Pompeii and Sorento. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is excellent. It has a very pleasant decor and well maintained rooms. There was a lovely spread for breakfast and I especally loved the choice of freshly baked cakes.

A pleasant stayPosted Mar 5, 2013
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: The immediate location was not as nice as we had hoped.
Very comfortable hotel with very pleasant staff. Good food on the 2 evenings we ate in. Handy for the port and within a 20 minute walking distance to the railway and bus stations. Not in the nicest of areas but a good base for the surrounding areas.
