The best part about this property was the people. The staff was very kind and did a great job of interacting with guests while ensuring we had privacy to enjoy our stay. Maggie at the food and beverage area was exceptionally kind and provided wonderful customer service.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs a lot of work. The rooms are dated, we opted to pay for an "upgrade" and there was a roach in the upgraded room. The king suite was cramped and uncomfortable and the upgraded 1 bedroom was the room with the roach issue. I cannot vouch for any of the other room types but these rooms did not meet the standard I would expect from a Hilton property.
There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be addressed at this property. I would not recommend the hotel to others. I came here to save a bit of money and it was not worth the savings. If you have wiggle room in your budget, you'll want to stay elsewhere.
