“Good hotel”

Hotel is in a very good condition with beautiful reception/lounge area and friendly staff. We booked double room but was upgraded to a triple room with 2 bed rooms, very nice and spacy room. Hotel is not near the historical center but next to a metro station where you can take the train. Overall, we have a pleasing experience staying here and would like to recommend to anyone who wants to stay in this area or don't mind travelling by train/taxi.

THEY ADVERTISED AIR CONDITIONING, BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING. NO SOAP FOR WASHING UP HAD TO PURCHASE SOAP. CLOSE TO MAIN TRAFFIC AND VERY NOISY LATE INTO THE NIGHT. ITALIAN BREAKFAST FROM 7-9 ONLY. I NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL FOR AMERICANS.
