“Convenient location”

We just stayed at this marvelous hotel from June 20-23, 2011. It is conveniently located near the port, if you plan on taking the ferries to the islands, which I highly recommend. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The airport is only 10-15 min drive by taxi. The Beverello port is only a 15 min walk or taxi 5 min, about 5 €. make sure the taxis run their meter instead of giving you a flat rate!! Naples city is very dirty with huge piles of garbage piled everywhere, except around this hotel. It has a magnificent rooftop terrace with great vies of the harbor and city. Breakfast is included which had a good variety. I had dinner one night, and it was very expensive, and the menu was limited. The quality of dinner was overpriced, in my opinion. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

Area recommendations

I highly recommend to visit Ischia, take your swimsuit and go in the thermal spring baths, it cost $30€ pp for the full day, and hire a taxi to show you the island. There are magnificent views!! Plenty of ferries going there hourly. Also, Capri is worth visiting. Just expect long lines if visiting in the Summer and it is hot!!

Getting there

Ferries run all day long and is nearby the hotel. Jetfoil is the fastest, only 40 min. But also the most expensive, $34€ pp roundtrip. Taxi to ferry is only 5 min about $5€. make sure taxis run a meter or tell u the price upfront.

Must see

Ischia, Capri, Amalfi coast.
