Stayed here with my family of 4 including 2 teenaged boys. The location was amazing!! Via Chiaia is a great location to stay in Naples and I would stay here again. Its a 5 min walk to the Spanish Quarter, and while its quiet lively, its not overly busy. There are many place to shop, dine and explore and this is right in the middle of everything. I highly recommend Donna Sofia - the best pizza and great street food with warm service. The Hotel was quite nice, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complain is that the beds are not very comfortable and the pillows are terrible (flat and stiff). At the end of a busy day of site seeing, I just couldn't get a great rest. This was our first time to Naples and it was an incredible experience. The City is hectic, busy and loud. When you first arrive it can be a bit overwhelming. BUT, we found the people warm and hospitable and once you get used to the rhythm of the city, its just amazing. So many place to explore and so much to do. From naples, we also visited Pompeii, Vesuvius, and the Amalfi Coast. We LOVED our stay here, and despite all the warnings about pick-pockets, we had no troubles at all. We traveled in and out of the train station, we walked through every back alley in the City, we used the local beeches and always felt safe.

Nice neighborhood, good hotel.
Old building in a great neighborhood. Towels are very old. Room was spacious. Pull out couch not very comfortable.

The guy at the front desk was absolutely lovely! So helpful. Unfortunately at night we realised there were no blankets on the bed, when we asked reception they said that they ran out?? How does a hotel run out of blankets... they found some mysterious blankets from somewhere without sheets (because it was so cold, we took them)

The hotel is in a great location. And everything was fine about it. But the WiFi didn't work both nights we stayed. Which Wasa problem for us. Other than that. The reseptionistwas wonderful

The staff was extremely helpful they gave good options for dinner. They were able to hold our luggage while we were visiting another country which was huge help not lug so many suitcases.

A great boutique hotel!
This was a nice, boutique hotel in a vibrant part of the city. Just outside the door is a walking promenade with tons of shops and restaurants that are open all times of the night. A few blocks away you can find the waterfront with more places to eat. Five stars for location. The staff were also amazing. Everyone was very nice and willing to help with recommendations and directions. We couldn't get the air conditioner to work the first night but someone at the front desk came to our rescue. The following mornings they checked in with us to make sure everything was working properly. My only complaint is that the beds were pretty hard and lacked some comfort - but this was typical of most of the hotels during our travels throughout the country. Not for bad backs. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Naples.

The Location was perfect.
Located in a pedestrian only area on Via Chiaia, we had a view down onto a Gelato store below us. No traffic, heaps of shopping, food and sites nearby. Five minutes walk to the beach and ten to the cruise port. Thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation in central Naples. Staff were helpful, storing our bag and the delivering them to our room. Small but comfortable. Happy to recommend.

Basic room, very clean and friendly staff. Could have used more information from the staff at check in, such as times to check out etc. Very nice and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

No Air Conditioning
We were in Naples whilst the temperatures were over 30 degrees. You are required to hand in your room key when you go out and every time we left the hotel the staff would switch off the air conditioning in our rooms, when you picked up your key they would go into an electrical cupboard in the reception area and switch them back on but as it was so hot outside your room would be uncomfortably hot and never got the chance to cool down as when you go back out it gets switched off again. There were three of us staying and whilst one of our party was put in a single room the other two were squeezed into the same size room on another floor which again was a single room, the staff seemed surprised that there were three of us when we arrived to check-in and despite their being other double rooms free we were left in our tiny room.

Many good restaurants nearby offering local cuisine excellently cooked. For wine lovers there is a great wine variety nearby called E oteca Belledonne.

Great room for a great price
Our triple room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The surrounding area is great for shopping and restaurants. Being close to Napoli centrale train station made our day trips to Pompeii and the Amalfi coast a breeze. Only downside was the lack of hot water from our shower, which didn't even stay very hot long enough for one of us to shower. Overall, an enjoyable stay for a great price.

Great staff & location. That's where it ends. Hotel photos need updating, they no longer serve breakfast which was disappointing as everyone raved about the breakfast in the reviews. Our room was big but smelt a little mouldy. Probably wouldn't go back there in a hurry.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Reception staff are very helpful. Location is great and walking distance to many tourist attractions. Only 10min walk to the beach which has many lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel is in a perfect location, 2 room types, 1 which is very small with an outside window and the other type very big but with no air in it, the window's view is to building's shaft . Taking a shower in the small room was an adventure. The rooms were very clean and the stuff was very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was very good.

Stayed for three nights in deluxe double room 105 which had a balcony overlooking the street. Room was clean & quiet, however take care with the three changes in floor level. Breakfast in the room was unexpected but was nice as you ordered what you wanted the day before. The staff were friendly & very helpful

Very quiet in central location
I was a woman travelling alone and felt very safe. The hotel was very quiet which was good for a jet lagged traveller. The hotel is in a very central position and I had a window that opened above the street, which was lots of fun to sit at. Air conditioning was excellent. Shower is very narrow but I managed. Staff were excellent. I would stay here again.

Cute hotel, professional staff.
The hotel is in a busy shopping street and feels nice and safe. The breakfast is brought in, so the breakfast in bed service is nice. Looking out from the balcony onto the street makes you feel Neapolitan. It is a pedestrian street, so thank goodness for a suitcase with wheels.

wonderful place to stay in naples. Close to the metro station about an 8 minute walk on a busy and lively street. close to via toledo and the harbor and close to all attractions. the hotel had a wonderful balcony facing the lively street and the breakfast was wonderful

Cool well located boutique hotel.
The hotel is situated on a charming shopping Street and the balcony was overlooking. Clean, crisp, comfortable room with everything you need. No cars and decent double glazing made for a good nights sleep. Some good restaurants nearby and right in the centre of historic District. Relaxing stay. Would stay again.

We loved our time in Napoli, and really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Residence Plebiscito. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful w/ suggestions for dining, sightseeing, and entertainment. They seemed genuinely excited that we were visiting Napoli and let us in on local favorites! Location is phenomenal- really really authentic experience. The only thing we regret is not having more time to spend there! We'll definitely be back.

We came to celebrate New Year's eve and the hotel was the ideal choice as it is located just minutes to Piazza Plebiscito, where the party takes place. Via Chiara is a shopping street and is very safe. The port and several musuems are also closeby. We had a room on a second floor with a blacony facing the street. Room rate was on the high side, maybe because it was New Year's eve. Overall, we were happy iwth the room and were glad we chose this hotel.

A Must Stay hotel in Naples!!
Naples hotels can be hit or miss but HRP is a must stay! Not only is it located in a safe but authentic part of town, the staff is extremely helpful! I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many, many places and cannot recall a more personal and genuinely helpful staff. Massimo, Nick and the other great gentlemen whose name escapes me at the moment, were wonderful throughout our stay last week - thanks, fellas!

The hotel is situated in a clean, vibrant pedestrian area where one feels safe to venture out at any hour. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they even offer a breakfast in bed option. This will definitey be my first choice should I return to Naples.

Très mauvais hôtel L’air conditionné avec 34 degrés ne fonctionne pas très bien et il fait beaucoup de bruit. Un hôtel plutôt médiocre et si vous êtes deux ou plus, une seule carte est remise pour l'ouverture de porte. Pas de possibilité d'avoir une carte par client. Je ne vous recommande pas de vous loger dans cet hôtel. Deux choses positives : hôtel propre et bien situé.
