Hi, stayed there for 3 nights. Day 1, toilet was broken and when you take shower all bathroom floor covered with water. Room changed next day. On Hotel description it said that they have a restaurant and caffè but Restaurant was in a different location in another hotel and we never find the cafeteria open. Overall it was ok but not as it was described on the site.

We needed to get to the airport at 3am and the staff couldn’t get us a Taxi and had no desire to help get us to the airport. We walked just over 10 minutes and a taxi drove by that got us to the airport as the hotel wouldn’t help in any way.

Dear Guest, I am very sorry to disagree with you as this is not the truth.The facts are these.At 19.30 on 31.12.2022 you asked our receptionist to book a taxi to the airport at 3.00 in the morning on 01.01.2023.As everyone knows, New Year's Eve is very special because all the citizens of the world celebrate and everything stops.Mario, our shift secretary, despite the late hour, 19:00 on 12.31.2022 did his utmost by contacting all the taxi service companies and private car hire companies to organize a transfer, but in vain,Taxi companies advised him to tell you to go out on the street and look for a suitable taxi for him.The hotel is in no way responsible for disruptions caused entirely on New Year's Eve, nor can the staff be accused of not wanting to help you. I wonder, maybe you should have done this sooner?Maybe you should have organized your trip better and booked a private taxi service days in advance and not at the last minute?

We were quite happy the accommodated our nearly midnight checkin. We found the room clean and quiet. The breakfast was also quite good with lots of options.

Nice hotel
Hotel Tiempo was good! The service was amazing and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and property was clean a well-maintained. Rooms were very clean with daily service. It was a little dated, but so was Naples overall.

The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming, I did not rate excellent as I believe there is always room for improvement, otherwise I would have rated so, the breakfast was a bit of the same every day which with a little imagination could have been better, overall the hotel was great and our stay very pleasant!!!!

Old style but efficient and essential. Close to railway station and underground, very good to move all around the Naples areas, but the neighbouring areas are very little attractive.

The hotel itself is OK. But the area that it is in did not make me feel comfortable. It is in an industrial area. I walked from Napoli Centrale railway station to the hotel. The way does not make me feel easy to go through.

Hotel situated down a dark side street Ist room on arrival. in the attic Major Iron girder floor to ceiling along side the bed. No Air-con. Bed and pillows was very lumpy, bedding was 1 thin white sheet and 1 thin counterpain. no tea or coffee maker no iron No Wifi, changed to Room 2 larger but still all the previous concerns apart from the Girder view from the window "a brick wall" Buffet breakfast was cold ham,cheese Salami or cakes. Staff were pleasant, polite, attentive, Evening food and drinks were served across the road at a different hotel. Booking online the photos were of that hotel not the Tiempo Patrons were not allowed to consume food, drink or anything brought from outside the hotel to the room.

good enough basic B&B hotel in industrial area
B&B only, no lunch/dinner/tea/coffee provided, dinner is available in adjacent/sister hotel there are a couple of nearby local/chinese resturants (the Steak house deserves a geat mention). Breakfast is cold buffet that could be more closely monitored for replenishing stocks, the only thing hot is the tea/coffee, found the museli quite tasty. Hotel reasonably close (walkable but Metro close by, one stop to main square) to city center but it is in an industrial/port area. Naples may be "the crime capital of Italy" but we didn't encounter it. The streets could be cleaner but you've just got to watch where you're putting your feet The big thing to look out for in all of Naples is the driving you take your life in your hands to cross the road, the green man does not appear to convey a safe crossing point, be daring (or you won't get accross the road) but be very careful, motorbikes/cars/buses will come from nowhere.

If this hotel could be lifted up and moved somewhere else it would be fine. We chose it because it had a free car park but the area surrounding it is quite run down (like most of Naples actually). I wouldn’t like to walk back to this hotel alone at night. Some people we met had a drink at a local bar and were told that ‘it would be a good idea if you leave’ by a local gang. It’s a shame as the hotel itself is perfectly fine although the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had.

Ok but ants!!!
Hotel overall was good, looked and seemed nice and breakfast was ok. Came back to a room full of ants on our last night and there was hair all over the shower. The surrounding area is absolutely disgusting. Didn't feel safe at all but to be honest I think that's the general feel for Naples.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean. However, the property is in an industrial area. We were able to walk to a train stop but hotel was far from everything.

At first I was surprised by the good reviews that Tiempo had received from hotels.com. I was not aware of the neighborhood, but given the price I guess it is to be expected. The staff were helpful & kept the room clean. The roof terrace was a nice place to end the evening looking at Naples in the distance. I think it is important to know that the subway to Naples shuts at 9:30 pm. Tiempo does provide hourly evening shuttles til 11:30, but NOT on Sunday.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They made good recommendations regarding what to do in Naples. The free evening/night shuttle was an excellent perk!! Breakfast was just okay and one of the mornings I was rushed by staff in their breakfast room. But overall it was okay. I only stayed here because we needed parking. If you don’t have a car then I would recommend staying closer to the historic center. The hotel was fine however.

Would never stay here again.
The location was horrible, in an industrial area, very dirty area. You had to eat at the hotel next door which only opened for supper. The room needed an overhaul, new bedding and the walls could be washed. Super loud, and beds were so hard. The only good thing about this hotel was the fantastic desk staff. I cannot stress enough how horrible the area is...had I realized, I never would have booked here.

Do not recommend.
I had read previous reviews about this hotel and did not mind that it was an "out of way" location when I was booking. But this location is horrible and the neighborhood is awful - even our driver told us not to walk in the area as it is too dangerous. There was no restaurants in the area (just one). The rooms were so loud, we could not sleep at all! The air conditioning did not work well. The only thing this hotel had going for it, was that the staff were super nice. I would never stay here again...I almost did not get out of our car when we were dropped off...I wanted to tell him to keep driving and that we would find somewhere else...that is how horrible the area is. We only stayed for one night as our stopover to the airport...I would not even do that again.

Lovely hotel, not in the best area.
Lovely hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded from the hotel next door. Staff very helpful. This hotel is in a fairly challenging neighbourhood but once inside felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.
