I like that it had a balcony. However, it was hard to use because people were smoking pot. I don't care for the smell LOL the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Too hard for me. Otherwise I enjoyed the property I wish breakfast what's free. All they need is some light bites.

I did not like the barking dogs. They woke me up in the morning, and as I was trying to relax by the pool, there was also barking dogs.

Housekeeping was awful. On our 5th day we finally got garbage emptied, new towels, which we had asked for for 2 days. beds. New sheets the next day..We could hear housekeeping sup yelling at front desk person. Front desk staff were all lovely and very helpful. stafphone..staffweee l. Ot.

The hotel was outdated. It needs to be rehabbed. I will say that the staff is very nice, especially Tammy. She tried to go above and beyond to help accommodate us, which was very nice. If I were to come back to Naples, I would not stay at the end of tapestry.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. What I wasn’t real crazy about is that our original hotel had overbooked and expedia found us another hotel. However there were additional charges, parking and resort fee that we hadn’t factored into our little get away.

The hotel lobby, pool and fitness area were nice. The room was just ok… the drawer on the dresser was broken and kept opening by itself. It also smelled a little strange. the view outside the balcony was of construction (which I know can’t be helped…but it still wasn’t great 😂)

The hotel did not service our room. Instead, the staff took the do not disturb sign from inside our room, hung it on the outside of the door, then tried to say that we had hung the sign on the door. I've never seen that behavior from any hotel, much less a Hilton!

First room we got the temp was set at 63 and it was warm and stuffy Second room we got a upgrade to a suite but the couch was ripped and there was very little water pressure sad that they use the Hilton brand

My experience was bad, we had already paid for the hotel for Expedia and we arrived from NY at 3 am and the lady in the fron who attended us told us that that Reservation was canceled that we had to do another one and pay again, at 3 am, until today we paid 2 times because they never gave us our money back

We have stayed at the hotel several times, now that Hilton took it over and remodeled the lobby area you have to pay for everything, no room service for the whole stay, a closed bar, you pay for breakfast, parking, wifi, the employees can't do more, you have to go to reception to get what you need, a coffee maker with no coffee in the lobby, it is out of order, no music in the pool, nothing to do with a closed bar to have fun, you have to go out or lay down to sleep, what did they remodel it for? Take advantage of it and attract customers to come back, we will look for other options because we love the place, the hotels that are in the area will compete strongly.

I don’t know what the pictures are of but it’s not this roadside motel. Right on a busy road next to a construction site. Luckily you can’t hear that noise as much over the struggling ac unit, ridiculously drunk guests yelling from the their balconies and the concrete wall up around the filthy patio overlooking…umm nothing

However: (1) the carpet on the stairs is badly worn and dirty; (2) the billing for breakfast was most confusing, it changed five times in three weeks; (3) self-service b'fast was discontinued and not included despite it being so mentioned in the current Trolley Tour booklet.

The property is understaffed, has no facility other than a continental breakfast for food and I was told that the bar is close because they did not have a bartender. This type of information should be disclosed two people that are considering staying at this property. The pool area was old and run down I would not swim in the water.
