“Relaxing place to stay”

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location, facilities, and helpful personnel are great!!! Our room located in the annex across the street had a beautiful view; it rained and then we saw the most gorgeous rainbown from our balcony.

This was a fabulous spot - the rooms were large and the beach and pools were both beautiful. The food was expensive - The Turtle Club just down the beach a bit was a better choice for food value. Overall, our stay was Wonderful!!

this hotel exceeded our expectations. we didn't really expect it to be as beautiful as it was for the price we paid. the service was top notch, the rooms were nice, the pool was a wonderful tropical oasis and the beach of course was beautiful. powder sand all around!

This hotel is right on the beach. Our balcony overlooked the beach and gulf. This view was a highlight of our stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We hated to leave!

“Wonderful Naples waterfront hotel - better than Ritz”

Long time Ritz Carlton lovers here -- stayed at the Naples Ritz several times in past couple of years. We were looking for something on a smaller scale, closer to the beach -- and LaPlaya is exactly that. Truly the highest level of customer service, property beautiful. And the water is just a few steps away -- much much better than the Ritz. In addition, while it is kid friendly and we saw families, it doesn't cater to kids the same way -- so there are more adults. Can't wait to go back

“very satisfying”

We just by chance booked our vacation at the La Playa and were extremely pleased with the service, condition of the room and grounds, and had a fabulous meal at the restaurant as we watched the sunset. Incredible sunset views each night as everyone gathers for cocktails - a real event. Staff were very friendly and helpful - overall we came away feeling very good about the experience and would definitely head back there again.

I went with my mother who is disabled. I was very happy that they had a handicapped room on the ocean view side. The only inconvenience was the wheelchair lift going to ground floor- it was not user friendly. I would recommend bringing your own wheelchair (which is what we did), their wheelchairs are old. Everyone and everything at the hotel was top notch. I have no complaints. I can't wait to go back. The view was beautiful. I can't stop thinking about it.
