Thank you for the review that leaves us very surprised after the beautiful words that the guest wrote us during his stay in the multiple messages he sent us about what'sapp with phrases like “Tk and hope to see you next time” or “we enjoyed a lot”. Our accommodations are all equipped with water heaters with 80 liters of hot water, are the largest on the market and recharge automatically. Honestly it is very difficult (it is better to say impossible) that 80 liters of hot water can end up in 5 minutes as written by the guest but probably the water have been allowed to run for many minutes more to runs out 80 liters of hot water , may be we were not clear when we explain the difference between a boiler and a water heater. I have the feeling that the guest has written something negative but not corresponding to the truth only because he did not like that it was not possible to change his accommodation without sea view (as he request many times) with an accommodation with sea view. Unfortunately the guest had booked an accommodation without a sea view in special offer and when he arrived all the others were busy otherwise we would have satisfied him, but it does not seem nice to us that he write wrong things for this.
