Nice apt next to beach

Loved this place. The apt was great, the pool was beautiful and the beach was across the street. I felt right at home!

Decent Value with Private Beach Access

Posted Apr 8, 2015
Pros: Value, cozy and comfortable if you don't expect hotel-style conveniences.
Cons: Wine glasses were cracked, bathroom doors don't lock. Management not always available.
Location: Beach is across the street, lots of restaurants, movies and shops within walking distance.
We stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend and the place was fine for what we needed. We visited with relatives on the Island and didn't spend much time at the hotel, but most of the guests were there for the week, mostly with the kids. This is a condo and the units are privately owned, and there is no daily housekeeping. The unit we had was a one bedroom with a kitchen and lanai overlooking Collier Blvd. (with the ocean visible between the condos), and it was clean and perfectly suitable. The bed was a bit small for two people, so don't think you can pack any kids in there with you (the foldout couch sleeps two kids easily). The pool was busy with kids most days, and there is a private entrance to the beach across Collier Blvd. Beach chairs and an umbrella were supplied, as are beach towels. Our reservations were non-refundable, so make sure you are going before you put your money down. All in it is a nice alternative to the higher priced beach side condos, most of which are monthly rentals.

Cons: air conditioning system. Bedroom was very warm while kitchen area stayed cool. Not comfortable for sleeping
Location was good as was the price for the room . Had a long distance view of the beach. Really liked the fact that we had our own beach access which many places not on the beach do not have.

Beautiful location and the grounds are beautifully kept. The ONLY problem with our stay was the bed in the unit we rented was extremely uncomfortable. All other aspects of our stay were awesome and location is great!!

Clean and convenient

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: kitchen, parking, pool, location
Cons: The beach chairs provided were unfortunately uncomfortable captains chairs so if you want beach comfort you should bring/buy reclining chairs.
Location: Easy 5 min walk to Marco Plaza across from Hilton, with multiple restaurants/shops. Short walk to beach across the street.
We thought a condo was a better alternative to beachfront hotel rooms and we were correct. Provided: dish soap, dishwasher pods, new sponge, dish cloth, coffee filters, sugar cubes, blender, toaster, microwave, full size fridge. Great location, clean, convenient, nice amenities, beach/pool view, screened patio. You can make all your meals between the small kitchen and pool BBQ area. Free shaded parking was an added bonus.

Pros: Free parking; space -- LR, kitchen area, bath (no tub) and BR.
Cons: Air conditioning did not cool the BR at night sufficiently, and this was early March. Shower did not drain well but was fixed on the 3rd day.
Location: Since we had a car, we could reach other locations easily, especially since there was no charge for the parking.
We left a package behind in our room, and the cleaning and office staff was very prompt in reaching our cell phone so we could retrieve the item before we left the area. This hotel was an alternative since the Marriott, where our conference was meeting, was fully booked. The rate at this location was about the same as the Marriott. Our unit did have a kitchen, which would have been very useful had we needed it.
