Good locationPosted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: The location
Cons: Too much light comes from outside. I had to cover the windows. Also needs something like a little table in the bathroom for a little more space.
Location: Location is perfect. Near everything in the area!!

Average hotel, bed was hard, pillows were terriblePosted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: Large hotel room
Cons: Elevator, hotel room doors that don't close without slamming them.
Location: Went to Tin City, downtown area on 5th Ave, Loudermilk park.
The hotel was clean and ok, nothing too special. Close to locations but not close enough to walk to. Although was good enough for our stay would probably not stay there again. The front desk person was sick with a cold and in my opinion, should not have been working. Door to our hotel room was rough to open and you had to slam it to close it.

Great location, minimal amenitiesPosted Nov 23, 2013
Cons: Linen quality, add a fitness room
Location: Close to Naples historic downtown restaurants and shopping
The location is hard to beat, just blocks from downtown Naples. The price wasn't bad ($72) compared to other hotels but the expedia listing implies it is higher quality than I found. The front desk is not staffed after 11pm. The key system is a strange computer chip setup with a $25 charge is you lose the key. There is no fitness room. The ONLY amenity is the postage stamp pool right next to a busy road. For some reason, they don't use bedspreads. The top cover of the bed was only a sheet ? and linens were not very high quality. Basically this is a two star property in three star location.. On the positive side, the room was clean, shower was hot, the tv worked well, and the wifi worked well (although it was dead when I arrived. Front desk responded quickly and fixed the problem). This may be a case of getting what you pay for--it would just be a much nicer experience if they stepped up their game a little bit. The property is primarily appealing to business travelers due to its location but the lack of a fitness center was not acceptable. Kind of a strange experience

Great roomsPosted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: closeness to everything
Cons: the hot water in my shower took forever to get warm
Location: centrally located.
This hotel was near the downtown area, easily accessible and completely remodeled. I would definitely stay here again.

Would not stay again.Posted Nov 11, 2013
We had four issues with the hotel. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet/tile, air conditioner was too loud in room, we shared a balcony with another room and curtains to the slider didn't cover all the way and the bed was way too hard. The one good thing about the stay is that it was walking distance to downtown.

Nicely appointed, centrally located hotelPosted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: Good location, nicely decorated, staff very helpful and friendly.
Cons: King size bed was very comfortable, but creaky getting in and out of it.
Location: Five blocks from the main shopping district. Beaches, Naples Botanical Gardens, Naples Pier, Tin City and Zoo close by, Starbucks across the street.
The room was on the third floor of the building. Clean, nicely decorated, large and very open. The main room and bathroom were very large, modernly furnished. The hotel was just blocks away from the main shopping district and easily drivable to other attractions. Staff, very friendly and helpful in giving directions to the hotel and surrounding attractions. Very enjoyable stay. Extended it one more day.

Pros: people, cleanliness, location
Cons: COFFEE available in the morning
Location: Starbucks across the street, nice pizza parlor that delivers, very nice restaurants and stores not far away
I was in Naples on business, arrived late due to an airline issue and the staff at the hotel was wonderful. They assisted me in having my dinner delivered to the hotel at 9:00 pm so I could take it to my room. Very polite, friendly people; hotel was clean and comfortable I only wish that they had coffee so I didnt have to walka cross the street.
