“A good choice in Naples.”

We're a couple of young 60s, and it suited us superbly. Check-in was quick and helpful. We were directed to a nearby access to the beach (at the end of the intersecting street to Tamiami [US41]. It was a superb stretch of beach. I prefered it to the beach at Sanibel... Less sea shells and finer sand. The pool is heated and wasn't busy on our visit. They offer a free hot breakfast in the adjoining restaurant, and we were able to select a wide range of items, among others: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and fruit, toast, coffee/tea/juices etc. All at a very reasonable price. I have already recommended it to others.

“Excellent value for money hotel”

We chose this hotel because of it's central location, facilities and overall cost. On this trip we were looking for inexpensive accommodation, reasonably well situated with fair facilities. This hotel met all these requirements online and I was absolutely delighted to discover after checking in that the hotel bettered my expectations in all respects. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly, the room was clean and well sized, albeit the bathroom was small with the sink/vanity unit located in the main bedroom. The hotel had a nice pool and surrounding with good privacy. The on site restaurant is a family run steakhouse in the evenings and doubles up as the breakfast room, with a complimentary hot breakfast buffet during our stay. I personally think the steakhouse was a little expensive for both food and drink given the amount of choice available within 5 - 10 mins, but it was of a reasonable quality. The hotel is well situated at around 2 miles from the historic old town, a mile from the fabulous beach and half a mile from the Coastland shopping mall. Situated on the Tamiani trail (route 41) it is on a busy multi lane road, but with a low speed limit, this is fairly common for the USA and it is not at all intimidating if you prefer to walk and leave the car behind. If you are looking for good quality accommodation at a very good price then I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Great deal, great value, great service. Check in took less than 5 minutes (just gave my Expedia confirmation number) and check out was even quicker! Front desk manager was friendly and pleasant. He made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of good info regarding things to see and do while in Naples. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was awesome. Will absolutely stay here again!

The pool was great and clean. the grounds are very inviting and relaxing. The restaurant (Pate's) was very good. I love the zoo right next door, the beach, went to the everglades (speedy's) and also Tin City. All were in close proximity to the hotel.

staff was helpful. Computer in lobby was quick and offen available to use. Breakfast (included)and staff went out of their way to please. Swimming pool was large and well landscaped. Dinner specials were good and reasonably priced.

Very charming older hotel with beautiful gardens and a very clean well maintained pool area. "It really felt like a home away from home". Nice parking area, very quiet at night. We were able to walk to the beach each day which was part of the adventure of this tropical paradise.

“Would love to go back”

This hotel was a jewel. Well maintained. Easy to find. Staff members who took pleasure in making you feel welcome and helping you enjoy your stay. My 21 year old son and I had traveled together. Between the two of us, we've stayed in a wide variety of hotels. If you're expecting the Embassy Suites, keep looking. If you want a clean, welcoming hotel and a restful stay, look no futher. Kudos to John - the late night staff. He's a blessing!
