It had an oder, and needed more tv channels The room was very dusty

The area pool is not clean

Extraordinarily Rude!

I brought 3 men and myself to work in Naples on a signalization project. We arrived on 3/17/14. It turns out that this was spring break. Many hotels were already sold out. I had my reservation however, and went to the counter, where I checked in, and then asked for 2 cots for the others in our party. I have rented rooms in all parts of Florida, and have always been accommodated. I was informed that they don't provide anything. When I objected, I was told that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else! When I pointed out that this was not possible, as it was a reservation paid for in advance, I was told that this was not their problem and I should either rent another room (at another hotel) or sleep in the same bed. The bottom sheets on the beds were never changed- all week. I am sure, because one man had put his hand on one sheet, and the mark was still there when we left. Room was non-smoking, but still had a musty smell Bathroom was dirty Very expensive room, poor service, rude management

Simple (M)hotel

If you can stick to a simple room for a few nights, the hotel is okay. There are waffles and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. It's certainly not the newest generation of (M)hotel, there were a few ants running around on the washing table - but that's Mother Nature. The staff is very polite and always trying to fulfill your wishes. There's no fridge or safe in the room. The room was pretty expensive during high season for my understanding, anyway.
