“Romantic Getaway”

Was told about this hotel, by a friend. My Fiance and I went for her birthday weekend and enjoyed the very clean saltwater pool and the quiet of Marco Island. This was the first time we had ever been and we loved it. The hotel is just a quaint 20 unit facility. We were upgraded to a King Suite, which was very big. There is a canal that runs behind the hotel. We saw 2 manatee and a porpoise. It was a very relaxing weekend that we really needed. We Will definitely be going back in the future and recommend to others

“What's Not to Love About the Boat House!”

My husband and I stayed in one of the condos owned by the Boat House Motel. It was furnished very nicely, and the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. I am a light sleeper so I especially liked the fact that the air conditioner in the bedroom was very quiet. The location is at the end of a street so there is not a lot of traffic or noise. The staff was very helpful. This is a family-owned business. There was a deck in the back with table and chairs, right on the water. We would sit out there in the morning and see dolphins and a variety of birds. In the front, a BBQ grill was provided.

“loved Marco and the Boat House”

Great location for a laid back quiet vacation though you are just a short walk to the action. Loved sitting on the dock and watching the dolphin and tropical birds. Would definitely consider going back.

“Nice place for baby boomers!”

Very friendly from the check-in to the check-out. Deck out back was especially pleasant on an intercoastal river with an occasional boat passing and dolphins emerging from the water. Nicely located in a quiet area but near restaurants, shopping, beaches.

“Best days already past!”

The hotel is overall OK, but has past its best days already. When we arrived at the hotel we were thinking originally to stay a little longer, but when we got into our room we even considered to leave earlier than planned. However, the staff was really very nice and helpful.

“Nice price for the Island”

I thought the staff was great. It is was we expected from a small older motel. The staff was very nice, the room was clean.
